Everyone was super nice and organized. I was looking for shoes and this really sweet man named Anthony helped me- thanks to him I found what I was looking for and he made it super easy and less stressful (because they are expensive). If you are ever looking to get shoes there ask for him! ;)

I had a wonderful experience at the Burnsville location last week. I was looking for something fresh for a spring workout outfit. Jenny was very helpful and gave me great ideas. Very organized and clean location. I’ll be back !

Nicer clothing and equipment for the shopper who requires higher end but it does come at a cost. The sale items seemed sparse to me at the time but the store covered many different sports thoroughly. Easy parking and not usually busy.

Had to do a doordash for clothes and my compliments to Jenny she was amazing and patient. Helped me find items so thankful for store employees like this.

I went in to do an exchange for some shorts. One of them was an online item and another was in store purchase. William was an awesome help! I forgot my receipt for the one items and he was able to help me find proof of purchase with my reward account, and he was very patient with me while looking though emails to find the other pair of shorts. After this I realized for one of the returns I grabbed the wrong size for one of the shorts and again William helped me do another return. Overall he was very patient, understanding of the issue, and consistently willing to help!

The guy named Anthony in the men’s shoe department has great customer service. He was very attentive detailed. A+++

Very helpful and friendly staff. Sales associate dound an item that i was unable to locate in the expected area. He then carried the oversized item to the checkouts and then to my vehicle. The checkout person was also very pleasant and got me out the door quickly.

I recently met with Kirk who is a supervisor of the store on new golf equipment and need I say he was Phenomenal to deal with. I work for a company that awards us with catalog points, however if I intended to use it on golf equipment they need it to be a custom order, otherwise I have to use a non local vendor out of California which I didn't feel comfortable doing. Kirk was able to help me pick out a couple of drivers as Father's Day gift's for my dad, as well as a putter and get the invoices and the equipment all together so I could use a local credible company like Dick's who I know I can trust.

Kirk was more then willing to go the extra mile to spend a significant amount of time drafting up invoices and talking to the incentive company to make sure the form of payments would arrive in a timely matter to get the order worked up. His professional and knowledge is really top notch. They have earned another customer for life.

I had problems exchanging at another store (Richfield) I was told I had to pay $10 for an exchange of the exact same item. I talked to one of the employees (I'm assuming the manager) She told me it should have been exchanged with no problem & she apologized. So I went over to that store for my exchange & if it were closer it would definitely be the store I choose to shop at. She was very & polite. She apologized once again & compensated me for having issues at the other store. An overall great experience.

It was an awesome experience. The sales associate (Jeff) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable to online. The cashier (Tina) was great. She even showed me that I could just put my card on the machine imstead of swiping it. I will definitely be a regular shoppers from now on. I visited the location at the Burnsville Mall.

I bought a bike here yesterday and there was a small issue with the gear switch. I brought it back and Justin was amazing and fixed it for me in no time at all. Great experience working with Justin, and with Tanner at the front register.

I always get great service at the Burnsville center Dick's. Great prices and stuff is organized.

How can you not rate this place 5 stars?! Dicks always has what I'm looking for! This store has so much selection , competitive prices, and a clean facility. As an athlete I am always modifying my workouts, which means I need new gear. Whether it be shoes, shorts, or shirts I have never been let down. The cherry on top is signing up for their rewards program, the more money you spend, the more you receive!

Mack and Nate were outstanding in helping me select the right golf grips for my entire set. Their professionalism, willing to answer questions and delivery in a timely manner were excellent! We will recommend and be back to the Burnsville Dicks.

Just saved the day, looking for a Diggs Jersey in woman’s small and they didn’t have any in stock! Thankfully the young associate contacted they’re back room and located a whole truck load that was dropped off this morning. Very fast and professional team. I will shop here again.

Just ask for Link when you go in! He was very adamant and persistent in finding exactly what I wanted. Online said it was in store and when I got there, a few associates claimed if it wasn’t out, they didn’t have it. Turns out, it was in the back! Thanks again Link for helping my mom and I and for having such a great attitude!

Patrick helped us purchase a new treadmill. He was awesome. Fantastic customer service. We we very happy with our experience.

Very helpful in baseball area with bats. Rep you had working today had experience, was very helpful and not pushy. First time I had someone really help there.
