Soooo lovely! Knowledgeable, courteous, and kind! They knew what the problem was with my leopard gecko immediately and their prices were reasonable. Super happy to have found them and to be treated with respect - they asked about husbandry to understand what the problem may be - my gecko’s stuckshed had led to a necrotic finger that just wouldn’t heal - they helped determine it was a Vitamin A deficiency. They prescribed the multiple solutions to alleviate the deficiency, the infection, and the damaged finger - and it worked fast- so so so thankful! I recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so for all animals - “speciality” and “exotics” as well as dogs and cats. Thank you lovely Doctors and Vet Technicians! Cowboy says thanks so much too :) He only lost a “claw” when he easily would have lost the whole finger and it would’ve been twice as expensive at the emergency vet. Can’t talk highly of them enough :)

We have used the services of Valley View Pet Hospital over the years for various small animal pets (rabbits, guinea pigs). Everyone here is so friendly, listens to our concerns and clearly communicates options available to us. We feel like we are receiving absolute top care for our pets!

Took my rabbit there because he was sick, the whole staff was great, but the tech and doctor who helped us were the best. After a quick exam, the doctor explained what could be wrong with him and what our options were. He had a head tilt (possibly from an ear infection or tumor), was a little underweight from not eating, and had a tumor on his "stuff." The vet was great at explaining the options with us, and we ended up choosing to let him sleep.

We were given a private room to spend time with him and did all the paperwork and payment beforehand. They also explained this process clearly and what to expect. They were very respectful of my rabbit and us, and it felt like they really cared.

I wish I remembered the names of the tech and doctor, but in the moment, it was a lot going on. I would recommend them for anything, but end of life especially. Thank you for what you did. We really appreciated it.

We came to Valley View because our previous vet clinic was not good at all. Dr. Anderson started seeing us and I was in tears with the care and compassion she showed my babies. After years of failing, our chonky cat is finally losing weight. Our princess dog had an anal gland infection we weren't aware of and the previous clinic never treated. Dr. Anderson took the immediate action to treat her and educate us on how we can help prevent the issue going forward.
This past week we were fortunate to see Melinda and it's clear patience and love of animals is a quality they all share. I'm so grateful to everyone here.

Dr. Larry and the whole Valley View team have been consistently awesome with treating my rats! They offer compassionate care and also seem to be really passionate about providing great care to exotics. If you have rats, rest assured they’ll be well taken care of here.

These guys are amazing to work with. I brought in my syrian hamster who had a large lump on her chest. I had previously taken her to another vet, but after leaving the appointment in tears I decided to get a second opinion. Valley view was so compassionate and they gave me hope that my little one just might be ok. They were also honest about what the future could bring, which I genuinely appreciate. 100% would recommend them

We have a new cockatiel in our home. Several people raved to us about Valley View Pet Hospital. So, we took our bird in for its initial visit. The vet tech and Dr Larry, obviously knowledgeable, answered our many questions. We were impressed that Dr Larry himself, called us back with the results of the DNA test indicating our bird was a girl. He is so nice! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a good vet.

The staff and doctors here are great. I brought my African lovebird in for what I thought would be a parasite/mite but was instead told my bird has psittacine beak and feather disease - which is incurable. As heartbroken that I am with this news, the staff was so supportive, understanding and empathetic. I really appreciate this when I have such a little companion I love so dearly. Thank you so much. I don’t even have a primary care physician of my own that I connect with like this.

I cannot give Valley View enough praise! They blew my mind with their customer service the moment I called. When we arrived with our ferret they were so unbelievably kind and took such wonderful care of her.

We previously had been going to VCA and realized that not only were our ferrets not receiving the proper care they deserved, they were charging us 3x the amount that we were charged at Valley View. I am still in shock at how affordable our emergency visit was at Valley View compared to even a standard appointment at VCA.

We are now forever customers for our ferrets and look forward to bringing our pup in as well! Thank you for being so incredible!

Valley View Pet Hospital provided the best end of life visit for our beloved bunny Roxy (BunBun) 🐰🥺💔🌈 Their suite was calm and inviting and allowed us to all be present during her final moments. Thanks to all the staff from the front desk to vet tech and veterinarian from the bottom of our hearts! Although we are sad and miss her dearly, we appreciate the comfort and experience we received during her care.

Wonderful first visit to this warm and hospitable clinic. The lobby includes several animals that belong to the practice. Our appointment was on time and we felt the doctor was both knowledgable and a good communicator.

My daughter and I just brought her parakeet there. Dr Tholl and his assistant were awesome! They both took the bird and its illness, seriously, and they are obviously animal lovers AND people persons!. It was the best experience!

The care we've received for our guinea pigs here has been extraordinary! I thought "exotic" would mean "expensive" but it's always been reasonable. The exotics doctors are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Will bring our piggies here every time!

It's been almost a year since I brought in my cat Griffin, and he's still going strong. He developed kidney failure after an infection from an abscess and Dr. Anderson walked me thorough my options and gave me details. I decided to have him hospitalized for a few days. We have been doing in-home treatments and he has improved from the initial "maybe a month left" to now continuing strong. Every day with him is a bonus, and I'm thankful for the continued care Valley View provides.

Dr Anderson was incredible and helped so much with my bearded dragon! I highly recommend this clinic to anybody with exotic or small pets!

Dr. Larry was recommended to me and he didn't disappoint. He was gentle with my dog, and I felt like he spent time with us. Bonus! The facility was clean and everyone was very nice.
