This is my favorite co-op in the Twin Cities area. Great selection in produce, wellness. Breads, meat & organic. If you're thirsty, they have freshly juiced smoothies that are delicious & nutritious. Great selection for freshly made soups. Bakery items are fantastic & and have a good selection. There are so many positives about this co-op.

I have been on that road hundreds of times but never been there. Today it happened to go there because my son was asking for a snack.
There are different types of products,which I just loved to see and lot of international spices. There is also fresh produce and natural body products.
I got some wild rice soup.mix and the smell itself was amazing. I just love this shop. I have tried to buy wheat grain in many places but I couldn't find it,but here I found two varities and IAM so happy with that.

Great place for healthy and organic options. Rico salad bar and soups.

Fantastic selection of naturopathic, organic, vegan products, kombucha both on tap and bottled. We recently relocated to the area and glad we found such a great shop.

In Grocery Shopping. They provide great local products and have great deals on organic, nonGMO, healthy fruits and veggies. Great Hot Bar & Salad Bar, best coffee, juice and smoothie bar in town!

You want healthy food? This place is it. Also while there stop by in the back for a freshly made juice......Good Stuff!!!!!!

One of the best co-ops in the metro. The scones are to-die-for! The produce is always fresh with a large variety of options. All the employees are helpful and seem to really enjoy what they do.

I pop over to the drive through often to get smoothies. Sara always greets me with a smile and is always the sweetest morning welcome! Thank you Sara for making my mornings more enjoyable! I appreciate you!

Love this store, I was looking for true wild rice (non cultivated) for a gift for someone who helped me out. I was very pleased that they had it in stock as it was shown on the website. I also appreciate that they carry many grains, legumes, flour types that you can purchase in small quantities if you are trying out a new recipe.

I really only grocery shop at the "naturals": Whole Foods, Lakewinds, Fresh Thyme, Trader's, or the Co-Ops. What I love about VNF: Always super clean. GREAT selection of raw, organic, and natural foods- quite a few items unique to Co Ops. This place is never overly-packed. Competitive prices. Whatever you can think up, these guys have it.

I like going to this Co-Op, for a specialty store compared other Co-Ops i have been too the prices aren't that high. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The store has a wide variety of of organic and gluten free items to choose frome.

Whenever I come here I feel like I'm at home. Everyone there welcomes you and is super excited to help you.The employees are the most knowledgeable people I've ever met, especially when you are in the essential oils, herbs and vitamins aisles. They know everything there is to know about herbs and oils and vitamins etc. Also, they have the most amazing selection of gluten-free and organic foods. this is where I go to get all of my gluten-free noodles, my organic apples, and anything else that is unique to a recipe.

Really nice and clean co-op. The staff are friendly and attentive. The coffee and juice shop must have changed the smoothie bowls portion sizes. Its definitely less smoothie/acai than it was before. Toppings are plentiful.

I bought Bulk Honey 🍯. You can bring a jar or buy a Mason Jar there. Excellent price. The Honey was warmed to flow more quickly. Just what I needed.

I LOVE Valley Natural Foods. We've been members there for many years. I love being able to get a solid range of produce that is organic, and often locally sourced, especially in season. I like that they take great care in knowing who their meat vendors are and how the animals are treated. I trust the food we buy there more than from other places, because they know the suppliers and at every level from farm to market, the people care about providing safe, healthy food. They are very open to customer feedback, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they are very willing to place special orders. The store is clean and so are the bathrooms! They do a great job. I'm SO grateful. I do the majority of our shopping here.

We love shopping at Valley Natural Foods. They have a great selection of organic produce and meats. The staff is always friendly and helpful along with a nice cafe.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the selection of products and produce and always get great service. It is always clean inside and well kept.

Great place to grocery shop. This is a organic co-op store, full deli and meats with a top notch head butcher named Chad, very knowledgeable and can make cuts to your spec's. This is a full size store from a to z. Highly recommended for the non GMOs and wheat sensitive people as my wife is and we're able to find everything.

The quality and quantity of products here is pretty good. The layout is nice and the bakery items are pretty tasty too. They have a really nice selection of gluten free items as well.
