Top-notch customer service. After being professionally greeted as soon as you walk in the store, they are concerned with your needs. All the employees will personally work with you. I have never seen a retail store where the employees are concerned with the customer as much as Zumiez

A young man named Mason was so helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me pick out a perfect longboard for my niece, I’ve been a skater for 30+ years and I even learned some stuff from him, Big shout to Mason your official boss status in me and my wife’s eyes👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

Dope gear and apparel! The manager Kendall really knows his stuff and doesn't push the most expensive products on you just because they are expensive. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

They have a good variety of shoes along with some great deals on clothing. Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are in the same line with other clothing stores in the mall.
