Every time I have walked in this Best Buy, I have been greeted and asked if there was anything I needed help with and Of Course, me not wanting to waist time I said Yes Every time, lol! Not only did they help me find Exactly what I was looking for, but if they didn't know the answer, they got it for me on the spot and I didn't waist Any of my time wandering the store looking and trying to find something that wasn't there! My time is valuable and I absolutely Appreciate 🙏🏼 and Value anytime I'm not waisting it being lost or not being productive... I HIGHLY recommend this Best Buy and the awesome people that work at this location! Thank you for making my day more productive and helping me find Exactly what I was looking for!

I bought a Mac and Garrett was wonderful! He was kind, precise, and very knowledgeable! I was lost when I walked back to the computer section but he did a great job of setting me up with a great computer, protection plan, and some extras that met both my daughter and my needs! Would highly recommend giving Garrett a raise! Great young man and great employee!

The staff at Best Buy are great to work with. Always knowledgeable and personable. Had a question about establishing multiple user accounts on a new laptop purchased at Best Buy recently. Geek Squad to the rescue! Gave me clear, concise, easy to follow instruction that my brain retained until I got home to implement. SUCCESS!

French was awesome in the Geek Squad department. He was able to take the computer I ordered, and helped me get the right one. Showed me how to use it. He was really fast and responsive to my needs. Thanks!

The Best Buy in Rapid City definitely earned 5/5 stars! Matthew in the Apple Section near the back was extremely helpful by getting us what we needed and offering to check us out in the back. And when we were leaving James (the GM I believe) was at the front doors and offered to take our empty cart for us to return it. Wonderful and quality service with a variety of options available in every section.

Bought a printer and a sound bar. Many displays were not working so it made buying a sound bar very difficult. Salesman was excellent and helped as much as he could with the tools that he did have. Best Buy needs to give the salesman better tools to sell their products such as working displays/ models!

Best Buy has huge Smart, Roku TV's. Big Bluetooth speaker 🔊😀

I received amazing customer service the young man was very knowledgeable and was willing to recommend better or comparable products as to what I was looking for.

Jeanette and David were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help with a return; most people are helpful when you buy stuff but they worked through receipts and numbers for verification even when the Apple Pay and Visa weren’t as straight forward. They looked and looked and tried various methods until everything cleared up. I love getting my electronics here because they were so helpful.

I came here yesterday for a computer (i am not a tech girl) but I needed one for college— I had so much anxiety walking into the store but I was kindly greeted not only at the door but by every worker. Eric, a worker of 12 years was so kind and another guy 17-20 helped me find the right computer and all the details it needed, and helped me feel less anxious. I am so thankful for workers like these— they make the world go around!!! 🫶🏻🎊
