Arby's

Probably the nicest Arby's I've been to traveling coast to coast. The staff were the friendliest I encountered at any restaurant or fast food place I've been to in Rapid and had zero complaints about my orders. I came in 3 times in one week and the lady working the counter remembered my name. Kudos to the employees and franchisee.

I absolutely love this store. I have never had a bad experience and I am always treated well by Sarah and her coworkers and I am very thankful to them for the food they make for stressful work days.

Who does not love a roast beef every once a while they really taste good

Arby's has a great deal on Fish Sandwich. With fries, 5$. Here I received great customer service by a shift leader who made a new batch of fries when I asked and was pleased to do it. Everyone loves fresh fries! Arby's is a great bet to roll in for quality and custom service, without anxiety.

It's just an Arby's but it's a good Arby's. Best part is, it's right by work.

I really like how the wrap was fresh and not stale. It seems like the quality is top notch at this location. The lady behind the intercom spoke clearly and with an exuberance that blew me away. The regular roast beef was consistent with the company’s high standard. Culver’s better watch out because this Arby’s is making a comeback!

The staff were very accommodating. Literally only leaving this review because the roast beef was legitimately fresh and delicious, which is unheard of for an Arby’s! Cheese sticks were hot and fresh as well!

I love that this place is actually open for dine in and the staff is very friendly too.

The Greek gyro, jalapeno poppers, and mozzarella sticks were delicious and made perfectly!! Clean and friendly!! It would be great if we. Could buy a bottle of the bronco berry sauce!! 😋

I work downtown and this is close to my work. It's not usually super busy so I can take a break, and the service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and the shakes are good.

I only have ever been through the drive thru here so I cannot comment on the conditions inside. I can say that during the weekday lunch hours when I come by, I have at most had to wait for three cars but easily 90% of the time I'm only behind one car if that. The service is FAST and accurate. Never had an incorrect order.

Good food. Nice and clean.. but.. we ordered our food and cashier gave us are drink cups. We go to get our drinks the machine didn't work.. I ask another worker about the machine and she said that it was cut off!! Why give me a cup if the machine was cut off???

I loved it. Great service, the shift lead you guys had on lobby register from atleast 12am -1 pm was PHENOMENAL. I've never had anyone go out of their way to put a smile on my face like that man did

The sandwichs were extremely fresh, almost too hot to eat. The person working the drive-thru window was very polite and positive. I didnt k ow this restaurant was here for some reason. It seems to blend in with the surroundings.

Never better service at a fast food place. The lady who helped me remembered what I had to drink two days prior and brought everything to my table (I'm on crutches right now). Fast, well prepared. Kudos.

Food was good, I had the turkey sandwich & fries which were filling and tasty. Fast friendly service

Even though it was rush hour, my service was great. The food was just what I asked for (I had a special order). And the line moved fast. I was very pleased.
