Joni Wortman is the worst realtor I've ever dealt with. She was a dual agent for myself and my father and she really screwed up the deal. She definately favored the buyers. She never excluded my washer and dryer and I ended up having to pay $500 at closing. She was getting full commission as she was a dual agent and refused to give less than $1,000 to make the deal close. She is greedy and does not follow through. THE WORST EVER!!!!
