My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Hovadis was the employee who helped
give us all the information we needed in order to choose the prefect mattress and base for us. He’s very attentive and knowledgeable.

Hovidas was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in his store. He was extremely patient and made sure I had enough time to try the different matresses. I never felt rushed and there was no pressure to purchase. Due to the outstanding customer service, I purchased a mattress and would highly recommend shopping at this location. Thank you Hovidas

Today myself along with my wife purchased a new mattress at Mattress Firm in Monroe, N.Y.
We dealt with the store manager Christopher and his assistant who answered all of our questions & gave us all the time we needed to find the mattress that we needed & that fit our budget.
Time will tell if the mattress we purchased was the right one for us . But we have no complaints about the friendly service we received today at Mattress Firm.

I knew the mattress I was looking for before I arrived. He went over all rhe details, warranty and promotions that were going on. He also went over all the financial choices and delivery time. I was very happy with the whole process and would recommend them to friends and family.

It was a rainy 🌧 day. My wife and I had been talking about a new mattress for a couple of years.

We were out shopping, and thought; let's take a look at mattresses. We wound up at a Mattress Firm store located in Monroe, New York.

As we entered we received a welcome greeting from Hovadis, the sales associate.
Hovadis, is an excellent example of real customer service, that is sometimes hard to find...

We purchased a high end mattress today because of Hovadis. He was neat, friendly and well versed and knowledgeable of the products. He answered all our questions before we made our purchase.

If the mattress we decided to purchase on today is as good as the service we received then we will not have any buyers remorse.

Our sales associate Hovadis was very polite and welcoming. He was informative and knowledgeable on our mattress selection. I would definitely do businesss there again.

Horavis was extremely knowledgeable about all products and just the right type of salesman. Not pushy at all, but there when we needed questions answered.
