BJ's Wholesale Club

Thank you to Jacob and Brian in the tire center for all their help. They provided excellent service and great customer care. I had to come to this center after terrible customer service at the Newburgh location. I would definitely return to BJs in Monroe for any tire repairs/maintenance. Great service.

Quite a large store. They have clothes and books too (not all BJ's do). The meat section is not so great compared to others. The produce section is great - lots of good choices. Even though there were quite a few people there, its so huge it doesn't feel crowded. Looks like masks are optional. Pick up a discount book at the front. One of the coupons didn't scan and my cashier (Monica i think?) put it in manually. So so sweet of her

Great experience at BJ's! The service was excellent, and the variety of products exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it an enjoyable shopping trip. Will definitely be back!

I like this place. I was given a $60 credit in exchange for $25/year membership! I also love that they have coupons on their app which makes it even cheaper.

I wanted to honor my late uncle with a family celebration this Memorial Day which is also his birthday- Ms Jean-Baptiste took the time to help me design his cake with his specific branch of service, which I didn’t even know was possible! So comforting to have that warm attention to detail during such an emotional time. Thank you Kermshley!

I just signed up for a membership today. John was super helpful and friendly. He told me about a promotional rate and saved me money. Then gave me an extra restaurant coupon as well. The cashier was polite and happy to help. Most cashiers don’t look happy to be at work, but she did. The store was stocked and well organized. Had a great first time experience.

This cashier made my daughter's day. She was so nice and patient allowing my daughter to scan each item. Thank you

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best Bj’s Store ever been at. Very organized, clean, amazing customer service. The General Manager Jorge, Stacy and Mike, the produce guy, Sasha, Joe, Justin, Liza are amazing. I come here every other weekend and I love it. Lines are small and I feel the best of all is that they never run out of items, except Goodnight’s size L/XL. Meats are always fresh, they have a good variety of beers but wine is quiet limited. JORGE and Stacy are very accommodating. Happy to give them my business.

I love this place! My wife and I shop here almost every weekend. The store is always clean, the shelves are always well stocked, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful! We receive the monthly BJ's coupon book and rarely use less than 10 coupons. Great saving on top of what we're already saving.

The meat and produce selections are amazing, many times it's better than what you'd find in a regular market. Everything is fresh. We love many of the BJ's brand, Berkley & Jensen. They're just as good as the name brands, at a fraction of the cost.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and was on the self check out line. The staff came over quickly to help me so I didn't have to lift anything. They were very kind. I love shopping here for the deals and the fact that you can stack coupons, but this just made it an even better experience.

Always clean and well stocked. I had one of their cashiers try to hide and give attitude when you I got online with an over filled cart. When you spend good money there you expect better help getting you out of the store.

Great place to shop and friendly service

This is a nice warehouse store where you can find larger packages or multi packaging of merchandise. Most of the time you can get it at a savings price and sometimes it is around the same but just larger quantity . There is a small seating area / restaurant area and you can get something to eat at a good price . Hotdog & fountain soda is $2 .
The seating area is good if someone needs to sit while you shop , such as an elder or someone who needs to just sit for whatever reason . This Monroe location has electric wheelchair also . During the day there are demonstrators handing out samples & coupons . The deli also has excellent and fresh cut meats & cheeses at excellent prices . I just bought roast beef @ $6.99 lb.
It was juicy and bright red and the sample melted in my mouth .

So i can safely say i can give this store an excellent review from the tire center to shopping in the club as well.
So i went there and forgot my BJs card, my daughter simply asked a representative by the name of Yvonne (who was standing at the podium in the store) if she can lookup our number so we can finish shopping which is normal for them to do, Yvonne told my daughter “NO” and we need to go to customer service to get membership. Btw i do have membership so we went to customer service and got my membership number and continued to complete our shopping experience. I confronted the rep and asked her what was her reasoning to be so rude and disrespectful to my daughter, there was no need for that (btw the store has cameras) and she denied it not even speaking to my daughter, meanwhile i was standing next to her.
My teenager felt she was doing something innocent to help out and here we go, and adult who clearly jumped to conclusion. I certainly hope someone from the club see this review. I will NEVER give this store a lesser review than 5 stars because they deserve it, manager Gorge has met many expectations I’ve encountered with him and his encounter with other customers too.

Wana start off by saying hope you all are safe during this covid pandemic... So I head about this from my brother and his wife. I had mentioned to him how I had went to my local warehouse in Pelham Manor, and how the line just to get in was sooooo long like I’ve never seen it so bad. I figured by time I got inside I’d have a hard time finding anything and that’s exactly what happened. They said girl we go to bjs and there’s no lines no shortage of foods or products. I took one day packed my snack bag and played my music and punched n the address on my waze app, which I advise not to use waze especially if your driving from far, cause it will take you the longest way and scary at that. But after driving almost 2 hours from the bx I reached my destination and waallah just as they said. I was only sad to have been alone cause it was the most amazingthing to experience no lines no crazy people oh it was the most amazing day I’ve had in a long time. It was empty no lines not crows at all Everything I needed I got!! So yes yes sorry for the long review but I’m so happy I took that long drive. I’m heading back this Friday but this time with my husband also gona hit Walmart while I’m there.. GOD BLESS YOU ALL DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Good place to buy in bulk. Prices are worth it most of the time.

BJ' S always has good prices, but they stopped selling a 20lb bag of ice for 3.49 and now are selling a 7lb bag of ice for 1.99 now tell me who's getting the best deal?????

A great place you can always rely on. We go shopping here almost every week! Prices are great, highly recommend for buying in bulk. Always expect something great from this 👍🏻
