We are soon to be transplants and I was looking for multiple lines of insurance through several different insurance companies. Putting price and coverage aside, what really made me go with Brad (and Joe!) was how comfortable I felt in their office. That was the deciding factor for me. Price was about the same, coverage varied based on products offered, but the prompt emails and in office experience really made the difference! Hopefully, I'll never have a claim, but I know they will be compassionate when I'm in need.

We initially approached Brad for a homeowner's insurance quote, and then branched into auto insurance as well. He evaluated our prior policies, pointed out holes we didn't know existed, and showed us how he could give us a better policy for a price we were willing and able to pay. We have confidence our policies give us good coverage now, and he is quick to answer any additional questions we may have. Haven’t had to make a claim yet (knock on wood) but Justin was extremely helpful in explaining everything and helping me get set up especially since it’s my first time dealing with insurance of my own.

Friendly and prompt service. Easy to add coverage by simply texting Brad a VIN number, plus friendly post cards show up for free coffee or donuts which is always a nice gesture to know how valued I am as a customer.
