This is a good UDF. The pumps regularly work, gas prices are usually decent compared to what's around. UDF always has great ice cream too, many good flavors.

When I went to UDF I had a great experience the employees were very nice and helped me with everything that I needed. The cashier that checked me out I believe was Zavier and overall he seemed very nice and courteous I would highly recommend going here!

My first time to UDF for ice cream. The manager Miranda made a vanilla soda for me and it was absolutely fantastic! Miranda was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and processes to ensure a quality treat was made. I truly appreciate her professionalism.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter and had to ask him to stop going in and out of the back so he could ring me out. Asked him if he could throw away my plastic tab and rudely points outside and say do it there. Customer service could use some improvement

8 30 am and this mornings clerk is watching cartoons and ignoring my existence. It also took him almost a full minute to make change. The web site does not allow us to make a complaint. Reminds me of people protecting their own and not acknowledging the customer. 2 stars was me being nice
