I have been treated for torn tendons and ligaments in my left foot. Once the doctor released me, I went to the FootSourceMD store and boy was I grateful!!! It was not the first time I shopped there, and I shall continue to go back. The attention helping me select the correct shoe that fit my needs was exceptional. They didn't just go by what I said, they actually had me try on various styles/brands and watch me walk in them to make the correct determination. I haven't seen this kind of service in many moons elsewhere. Susan waited on me and she went beyond to ensure I was leaving with the appropriate shoe based upon my needs. She is excellent at what she does and eager to serve. I highly recommend FootSourceMD.

We have been purchasing several rocker bottom shoes for my wife's bunion, Susan has been amazing with understanding her requirements and providing the most outstanding customer service. When something did not work out, they gladly refunded our money. We highly recommended footsourceMD for your special footwear needs.

Susan is amazing! I have plantar fasciitis, so I require shoe inserts and incredibly supportive shoes. I bought athletic shoes, sandals, and flip flops from FootSourceMD. Together, all 3 items cost only about $300. I am very frugal, but I feel that those prices are quite reasonable, especially since they provide the exact support I need to eliminate my foot pain. Susan immediately greeted me with a friendly hello, took me over to the types of footwear I needed, confirmed that each piece of footwear worked as I needed it to work (by having me walk in them to see if my foot rolled to the side or remained where it should), and quickly rang up my order while engaging in a pleasant conversation. Because I walk so hard, I need to replace my footwear every 6 months to 1 year. I look forward to seeing Susan at each follow up visit.

I met with a Dr. & purchased inserts. Quality/price/experience was great. Infinitely superior to the good feet store.

I have shopped with Foot Source for at least 4 years. Love the shoes and service. I recently purchased a pair of Merrill flats, November 16th. On sale, great price but was unable to try the shoes on properly, I tried them on at home and was completely unable to get them on. So...in attempting to return said shoes, the store is closed on the weekend and the following week was Thanksgiving. They were not open the Friday after either.

The next day I was able to return the shoes was On Monday the 26th. I went there but called into the store from parking lot to see if I could return shoes since the receipt said 7 days for sale items. Phones off between 12-1 pm per recording. That recording is for the entire 300 Polaris Pkwy facility. So I did not go in as it was 1240 at this time. I called in again on Tuesday and was told "I could not return the shoes but "I should have come in on Monday, they don't shut the store down, just the phones" Hmmm.... Did that mean I could have returned them on Monday or just told the same? I politely explained that we actually lost 2 business days for Thurs and Friday the previous week. No willingness at all to work something out. The website said closed in red letters and the recording is not clear enough. The policy should be that the consumer has 7 BUSINESS days to return shoes. I purchased the shoes on a Friday, 4 weekend days I was unable to return them and 2 days due to Holiday schedules. I lost 6 days out of 11 due to reasons out of my control. Just suggesting the policy be reviewed and consideration taken for occasions such as this. Shoes will be posted on Craigs List for resale.

I went to the store to purchase a pair of walking shoes. The clerk gave me a few boxes of shoes to try on and left to help someone else. When I opened the box that I eventually bought I noticed that the tissue paper was crumpled in the bottom of the box and there was some dirt on the bottom of the shoes as if someone had worn them outdoors. I assumed that someone had purchased the shoes and returned them. Earlier the clerk had said I would have 30 days to return them if I didn't wear them outdoors. I walked around the store for a few minutes and the shoes seemed fine. After I got home I wore the shoes for a few hours and walked around in my house. I did not go outside. I started to notice a sharp pain in a bone in the top of my right foot and decided to return the shoes. The store manager refused to let me return them because of the dirt on the bottom of the shoes. When I explained that they were like that when I bought them she said they would not have taken them back if they were like that. I suppose my mistake was not mentioning the dirt before I bought them. From the manager's point of view I can understand that she has no way of knowing if I am lying about the situation or not. From my point of view this is just incompetence and poor customer service on their part. So now since someone at the store made a mistake and took back a pair of shoes that they shouldn't have I'm stuck with them and out $150. Obviously I will never buy anything from this store again.

I go to the podiatrist at this shared space/location who is GREAT! However.. in the specialty shoe store they are incapable of ordering shoes under a size 9 in Men… Bizarro. Would be great to use my HSA for my severe foot and arch ailments but… nonsensical policies prevent me from doing so here.

FootSourceMD is an extremely deceptive business. It is on the same floor in the same building as the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center medical practice, with the same reception area, and the same general phone number. The medical practice refers you to FootSourceMD for any medical equipment required for your treatment by the medical practice. So, it appears in almost every respect to be part of the medical practice group.

However, FootSourceMD is a separate legal entity from the medical practice group. It has a different tax ID number. It gives out receipts and certificates of medical necessity (signed by a doctor from the medical practice) to submit to health insurance for reimbursement. However, it is not in network with any health insurance company. In our case, the salesperson at FootSourceMD did not even mention that they were not in network with any health insurer. Because we have an HMO, our reimbursement request was denied, even though there had been no problems getting the medical practice's bills piad by our insurer. We lost over $300 because of how we were treated by this business.
