We stopped in during the Farmers Market time on Saturday and to our delight they were having a class on fly fishing! Hopped online and signed up for a future session.

They had a great sale going in and a very well organized and clean shop. The fishing equipment is extensive and my son really enjoyed browsing through all they offered.

They still have paper catalogs out for us to carry home and the staff was very friendly.

I stopped in to see about sizing for a jacket, and the customer service was second to none. The store manager spent so much time with me explaining the brand, care instructions, sizing, and colors while he juggled other customers. It was remarkable. It's not often that I am looking for assistance, but they were more helpful than I ever could have hoped for. 10/10 would recommend to others.

This is my go-to place for fly fishing supplies in the Central Ohio area. Their customer service is way ahead of anywhere else. They have been particularly helpful and friendly to my young teenage budding fly fisher grandson. They have earned a lot of points with Grandma.

I can not say enough good things about this store. Chris, Eli, and Jack are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. After my first trip I’ve since made other visits just to pick their brains and further develop as a fly fisherman. Olive Garden’s motto of “when you’re here, your family” fits perfect for Orvis Worthington.

Really great customer service with Hans. Had aan issue with a sweater. He quickly found it in history since I didn't have receipt. I ended up buying two more it gave me so much confidence that they stand behind quality products with such service.
