Kroger

This Kroger is a very fancy Kroger. I love the aesthetics on the facade. This store is nice.

Today they had everything I wanted, enough checkouts open so there was no waiting and they had a bagger. Overall a good shopping experience.

We are in this Kroger location 3-4 times a week. They have a great selection of products and produce. They have a liquor store inside and it has plenty of stock. We always find what we are looking for in the liquor store, in the produce section and throughout the store. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Great customer service this past evening (4/19/23). I shop here very often for our family's groceries because Kroger is one of the closest stores, they have good prices, and extra ways to save with digital deals. That said, I spent some time getting my groceries, went through the check out, and whoops, I forgot my wallet. Thankfully the lady at the self checkout (far end) had suggested suspending the order. The manager, Marika was very helpful and most importantly patient while I tried to fumble with my phone to try and find a way to pay with it with the Kroger app. There were some complications there, but ultimately it was just going to be quicker to run home and get my wallet and come back to pay. She finished putting the stuff in the cart and then stored it in the back to chill till I returned. When I got back, she got the cart and went to the customer service counter so I could pay. Everyone was very attentive, helpful, and most of all friendly. Thank you!!

This has been my favorite Kroger store ever since I moved here to Worthington 4 years ago. Employees are extra nice and helpful. Ive never had to wait in a line here. You can get in and out quickly. 🌝

I go here everyday on my lunch and get the same thing... Crunchy California rolls! They are the best thing I've ever eaten! Never ever have I had a bad experience! The employees that make them are so friendly, so appreciative! I highly recommend if you like sushi to stop by here!!!

Ran in for chocolate milk and other random stuff, came put with a few items from the mark downs and some holiday beer. The dtore was clean and the check out line wait wasn't bad at all.

Awesome customer service today, came in for a couple of items and realized I forgot my wallet. Simply asked if the card readers accepted Apple Pay, and although they don’t both the store leader and district leader were standing there and encouraged me to just go grab the items and offered to pay out of their pocket so I didn’t have to go home to grab my wallet and come all the way back. Thank you very much Ben and Leann!

Easy to find stuff, employees are great

Best customer service of every Kroger I ever been in!! Pharmacy staff are incredibly fast and don't make EXCUSES, they just GET IT DONE FAST! Not to forget the speed and courtesy from Clark running the self check and the lady with Auburn hair at Customer Service. Thank you all!!

This by far is the best Kroger's in Columbus. The employees are the best. I was looking for a certain item I bought at another Kroger's a gentleman said he knew exactly what I was talking about but he was sorry they do not carry it at this location. I said thanks and went to check out. He brought me a similar item and gave it to me. I have never had this happen before and was so thankful I didn't have to go to another store! Thank You for making my shopping experience the best I ever had!

I like this Kroger because you can get in and get out relatively quickly compared to the larger supermarkets. There’s a really sweet girl that frequently works at self-checkout as well.

Amazing store. Very large with everything you can imagine. Great selection of everything. Good prices, lots of specials. The interior is very attractive with special wooden endcaps that match the building architecture. There are local art pieces for sale. A truly delightful store.

This store is not only clean but the staff as a whole is great. Their friendly and fresh faces are why i shop at this kroger. Not to mention the produce is always fresh, their quick to find what i am looking for if i cant find it myself and if they dont have something i need they make it right. This a is a small store with huge verity and a great atmosphere to shop in.
