Taco Bell

I've been to Taco Bells all over the country and this is the first time I had the most perfected Burrito. Wrapped Perfectly. Nacho Cheese, Sour Cream, Meat, Beans all evenly distributed was just amazing... Very jealous that I don't live in the Rapid City area to continue to enjoy but will definitely return when I'm back in the area! Keep up the great work!

As of lately this taco bell has been hitting everything perfect on the mark. Freezes are always great everything I order always comes out how I order it surprisingly. Mexican pizza has been my go to for as long as I've been alive. Best taco bell in rapid city area in my opinion. So far can't miss.

Great Taco Bell. We did have to place our order through the kiosk as it did not seem like anyone was handling the inside cash registers. The food was super good and our order was filled correctly and quickly. A good stop.

Went here 6/13/23, there were about a dozen cars in line for the drive thru. We had a little wait, understandable, the food was very good, the order was right, and the young men working the window were very polite and professional.

Went thru drive thru @ 11pm, young man taking our order was through, reviewed our order with us, efficient & effective. Young lady at the window was very pleasant, our food was fast, hot & correct.

Wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me but she was SO NICE. she was asking how i was doing tonight, and told me to drive home safely. best customer service ive ever experienced.

Always a great place to stop at. They had fast and friendly service and the food always comes out great.

My girlfriend and I walked here from our hotel late at night (an hour before they closed) and ordered 3-4 items with modifications on the touch screen. I was handed a cup to fill my drink and our order was actually done and on the counter before I even finished filling it up at the machine. Everything was neat and accurate. The staff was even friendly to and served an extremely rude and obnoxious group of 7 that literally barged their way in as we were walking out (8 minutes after closing time)

I just had a wonderful customer service experience at Taco Bell- not something you typically expect at a fast food restaurant. Both the gal who took my order and the guy who handed me the bag were very friendly. They were having fun and definitely liked their jobs.

Food always is fresh and hot here, staff is a young crowd but they definitely do the job and sometimes make you laugh!

The food here is always good and correct. I’ve been to at least 100 different Taco Bell’s across the country and this one is definitely top 3. They’re definitely doing something right here.

Very beautiful place!! There isn't much indoor seating, but the seating even extends to an outdoor patio with a fireplace!!

We had a large drive through order in the late evening, did a great job making us feel welcome. Drive thru employee gave some great advice on visiting Mt Rushmore, he was very friendly. We were missing an order of pintos but we were ok with it. Thanks

Big shout out to the crew of this Taco Bell. After a trip of 14 hours we got stuck in a massive storm, pulled into Taco Bell in their dining room is closed. However they graciously open the dining room and allowed our family to eat! Awesome customer service

Best Taco Bell ever. My husband and I had the most extraordinary service and food. I asked if they could do beef enchritos, even though they aren’t on the menu anymore (😣), and most Taco Bell’s wont make them anymore; and they said they could make it, it would just be an up charge but I was fine with that because I haven’t had a beef enchrito in a while because in WA, they don’t make them anymore. Also, awesome little place on the side of it to let dogs play and run while you eat in the parking lot if you’re on a road trip like us.

The employees were really friendly and they were super friendly to each other. It was morning time on a Saturday and wasn't expecting such a friendly happy experience. The breakfast was hot and fresh. We enjoyed our morning there.

Well you make it pretty difficult to even make a review!!! not smart... but have to mention the gentleman that gave me my order at 12:50pm today. Very nice and helpful, in fact i run the two hotels across from you and may try to steal him! not kidding.... Its funny i always ask for extra sauce whether it be hot sauce, Arbys sauce or whatever and some places ignore my request... hence never going back ( Arby's)...An extra 10 cents to make me happy brings me there 4 to 6 times a month so about $60 a month..SMART...my advice, ....TAKE CARE OF YOUR GOOD PEOPLE AS THEY ARE YOU MOST VALUABLE ASSET AND PEOPLE LIKE ME LOOK FOR THAT TO STEAL THEM!...nice job and Thank you@! An all employee BBQ may be in order for this properties employees! I really hope people actually read these, I know i do when its for my companies and a shame many dont!
