We have been here just short of 4 months and it has been nothing but problems.We are constantly faced with maintenance issues that are not resolved in a timely professional manner. We have not received an apology for how poorly things have been dealt with. The entire experience has been very disappointing. I have rented from several landlords and have never had so many issues. We are looking forward to moving soon. The place is beautiful but I would not recommend. The situation continues to get worse. Every other week sewage is coming up from our drain. The owner's response it "you know the drill"
