Mr. Chicken

Usually go drive thru. The associates are so polite and offer recommendations for getting the most for your money! They communicate how long Tull food is ready often making fresh.

I have lived in Ohio for thirty years, and my only regret is it took me thirty years to try Mr. Chicken. Had their 3 piece Wednesday Special and it was delicious. I plan on becoming a Wednesday regular.

Good food done right. Staff is professional, pleasant and patient. I was treated like a valued guest, not just another drive-thru order. Mr. Chicken is the David in a neighborhood of two chicken Goliaths in this sprawling retail/healthcare neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and don't count regional favorite Mr. Chicken out of the chicken game.

In my opinion, the best sides are the cole slaw and the baked beans. To be honest, I haven't tried their Mac & Cheese in a while. I pass on the biscuits; I prefer the cornbread muffins. Overall, the food tastes like it's prepared by folks who care about what and how they're feeding their customers, and not just their bottom line. Next time I stop by, I'll check out their chicken sandwich.

FYI ... A smile can make someone's day. Be kind & Be patient, especially when somebody else is preparing your food. Like most everyone else, they appear to be short staffed but the food is definitely worth the wait!

Stopped for lunch. Fast and Friendly drive-thru. Food was tasty.

I went on a Wednesday. My food was hot and fresh. The young ladies working were nice and friendly. She convinced me to get the hot apple pie!

I Always go there when I have the craving for the Fried Okra 😋 and the Premium Chicken Sandwich Yummmmmm

Drive through was super busy when my family and I arrived. The line moved quickly and our food was great. We ate in our car in the parking lot cause we live and bit away and the lobby was close.ld. We only had one slight problem as our utensils and straws were forgotten. We called into the store and they actually ran them out to us. Would highly recommend this location if you're in the mood for some fried chicken.

Mr Chicken used to be in Ashtabula and I would go there a lot.
The food was great and I miss so much.
We drove 3 hours to go to this Mr Chicken and I wanted to get chicken liver but they were sold out.
I was so disappointed
But the chicken and the mashed potatoes gravy and the coleslaw biscuits just are so amazing,
So delicious I'm sorry they're not an Ashtabula anymore

Wow this place is outstanding. I’ve ordered lunch here now three times now using the online system. We order for multiple people at my work and every time the food is super hot and fresh! It is ready when they say it will be and they get every detail right every time no mistakes! It’s delicious and also a great value. I’ve dealt with two different employees at the window now a man and a woman and both are very nice and professional!

We just got tons of food for a great price for dinner tonight with Great Service!

Yes I was on my way back Indianapolis and my daughter and husband always by your chicken when they come to town. So stop to buy it to take back to Indianapolis for them

Food was better than KFC

Great chicken service sides and Biscuts. Staff was very polite I've never eaten here before and I'll definitely be back. Way better than KFC. Chicken taste great and mashed potatoes taste homemade and coleslaw was delicious.

My mother and I stopped in on Valentine’s Day for chicken and biscuits! We were greeted and served by MIKE he was a ‘Darling’! Mike was upbeat and demonstrated great Restaurant Hospitality skills... The chicken was cooked to perfection and everything was hot!

Visited Willoughby location on my way home from getting ⛽ at BJ'S ... Dinner Order x2 was correct, good value, food on point 😋 (🐔 tenders + Wednesday special + baked beans and coleslaw so good) and guy working the drive-thru window was so PATIENT with my life decision making self, as well as professional and friendly. Smiling. Good eye contact. Felt like a valued customer. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Always great food and service. We usually call our order in and last time our timeline was a bit messy so we arrived way too early. They accommodated us regardless and were very kind about it.

I love mr chicken! Best there is! But sadly mine. Closed down I don’t know why ? So sad I found out they are putting a Smoothy place there Realy!! Who wants a smoothie when you can have chicken???? Now if I want Mr Chicken I have to drive 10 miles to get that a a long way when you want to feed your family at home 10 there and 10 back then have to warm it all up might as well go to kfc won’t taste as good but l will save gas.
