Had an excellent fillet. Cooked perfectly. The salad and mashed potatoes were great too. Plus their buns are always delicious. Also had excellent service. My daughter loved the Mac N cheese and the buns too.
The wait was a little tough with the little ones but I'm sure this place is always busy.

This is my favorite place for cold beer and great food in Rapid City! The beer is so cold it almost turns to slush. And tonight I had the best prime rib I have ever had. And the staff is top notch and the atmosphere the best of the sweetest part of the Dakotas. Go there!

Dillon was a great server. Very friendly,informative, and definitely knowledgeable of what you have. Suggested the breaded mushrooms due to we both ordered mushrooms with our steak. They were very good!! Our steak were cooked perfectly, thank you to your cooks!! It was my husband’s birthday and I really wanted them to sing to him, however, I promised him I wouldn’t…Lol. Great experience overall. Thank You!!!

We got there around 5:15 and the place was packed. We got a table right away but as we were leaving there were tons of people waiting. We ordered a porterhouse to share with 3 sides. The hot buns with cinnamon butter was so good as well. It was all delicious and enough food for 2 people. They had a customer rep go around and ask people how the service and food was. That is a very good idea. Will definitely go there again.

Love Texas Roadhouse and this one was no different! Fast service and great $11.99 special that was cheaper than a fast food order I had the other day. Friendly people too

I do love this restaurant chain they have the best service ever and really good food, two things that are curious only last week I happen to eat at the Coeur d'Alene location and I will say that the breading on the chicken and the bread consistency is actually different at both locations they were both very good but just different kind of interesting loved our experience.

I visited as a treat for my birthday, and I'm so glad I did! Our server Ella was incredible the whole time. We had quick service, great food, and a ton of fun! I can't sing the praises enough of our server though she really made the whole night so special.

This place is always really busy so make sure to call ahead and make a reservation.
The food is very consistent and good even when the restaurant is jam packed.
The service is good and the staff is always very friendly.
They have plenty of good menu options and the best chicken strips in town.the sweet potatoes are really really good as well. Are the rattlesnake bites

One of the best franchise restaurants out there! Extremely busy but worth the wait. Very efficient staff, food came quickly once seated. Great service by all the staff!

I was in Rapid City this last Saturday (1-6-24) with my friend and we decided we should grab some lunch. He suggested Texas Roadhouse and I mentioned I had never been there before. We arrived and got seated right away. The waitress was nice and I swear our food arrived within minutes of ordering it. I ordered the grilled bbq chicken and 6oz sirloin meal and it was really good. I can’t remember what my friend ordered, but he enjoyed his food as well. I wasn’t a fan of the bread with the butter because I absolutely DESPISE cinnamon with a passion. But he enjoyed the bread with the butter and I ate some without any butter on it. While we ate, we must’ve gotten asked every 8-10 minutes how everything was. Which we didn’t mind. My friend and I pointed out to each other that there were a ton of people working there. The employees worked fast and efficiently. My friend finished his tall beer and when he placed it back on the table, not even 3 seconds later, a worker grabbed it while walking by. I have no complaints and I’ll gladly go there to eat again!

It is always a good option to go to celebrate a birthday at Texas Roadhouse, the great atmosphere, spectacular food and the very good attention, recommended!

Great Food, good prices. Busy atmosphere so make sure you get there early. Disappointed they aren’t open for lunch more often..but I get it. I just visit other steakhouses when I want a lunch during the week.

Love the placemat you have to call to avoid waiting, we were not able to get there Saturday night, over an hour waiting period. Next day it was packed but we got in and were not disappointed. Waiters were very attentive. Enjoed the food everything was fresh and delicious. We will be back! The bast place in town by price+service+food

I didn’t have the food here, but I called to pay for my grandpa who was celebrating his birthday alone here. My grandma passed away in May, so he’s been alone and this is his first birthday alone without her. Kaitlyn took my call all the way from California and made it possible for me. I hope to be in Rapid City soon to greet the servers and Kaitlyn who made it special for him. This service speaks volumes to me!

Was very enjoyable! Our server/waiter was Sam and he was very pleasant, I can tell he works very hard! Manager was also checking up on guests, she was very polite. The food was good as always, albeit a bit over cooked, but hat's understandable as it was very busy and almost every table was full. Food was still delicious and we didn't have to wait long. Overall a great experience and a great place to sit down and relax after a long day of being at Mt. Rushmore!

It's Texas Roadhouse. They're basically all the same. The only thing that changes from location to location is the service, and the service that we had here was great. The food was good. The rolls, as always, were good. Another solid Texas Roadhouse.

My coworkers and I decided on Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the 24 ounce ribeye and shrimp. DELICIOUS!! Our service was AMAZING as well! Our server was Blaine. He was by far, the best server I've come across in all my years. I'm almost 60. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have you!! Stay FABULOUS Blaine!!!

I've been waiting for the big moment when the door opened at 3 pm ,will 1st time and very hungry. All smiles as we walked in waited a short moment for a table. After we got settled in Evan, our waiter brought bread that was tasty while looking over the menu.
We both settled on the Dallas Filet bake potatoe with salad. The steak was top-notch as the temp was perfect and very easy to cut, and most of all, there was no need for steak sauce as the steak tasted so good.
I've not had a steak that good in a while.

We eat here all the time! The food service and atmosphere are always great!! Never had bad service, even the managers come around and check on things! Had a variety off the menu and it's all worth it!!
