I am content with the care. However, the security guard working there accessed my records on 1-12-2024, and called and tried to interrogate me as to why I sat (in my car) for 20 minutes (was actually 15 minutes) in the parking lot as the facility was closing.

Not that it’s his business but I was trying to get in contact with my wife and was also reading on the internet.

I was accused of talking and making lewd comments to little girls outside in the parking lot (mind you it was raining). Furthermore I was accused of “zooming” out of the lot while he was approaching my car.

Note that my backup camera sensor would have notified that someone was behind the car.

Obviously neither accusations were true.

Security cams will prove that false. Also I was invited by this security guy to come back and to have a “talk” with him. Note that the building was closed at that time.

He also repeatedly refused to give his name or to talk with his supervisor. He kept saying that I need to provide a “ court order” to get his name and/or to speak with his supervisor. He also said that I need to have a court order stating that he has to identify himself and/or his supervisor because the security is a private company.

He also said that all of this is going in his report. Also he threatened a few times to “ban” me from getting care at that location. He also hung up on me when I requested the name of his supervisor (again) at the end. I had said that he is required to give to me the name of his supervisor.

I am very concerned because if he has my phone number then that means that he has my address also. Does he also have access to my medical records? I never consented to non-medical employees accessing my private information.
