Kroger

I want to give a shout out to Peggy in the Floral department. I was in on July 1st to get flowers and a balloon bouquet and she waited on me. Peggy was very personable and sweet. She did a fantastic job creating a lovely bouquet with a dozen balloons. Peggy shared with me that her day hadn't gotten started off well due to an unhappy customer. We talked about how so many people now a days are so negative when we have so many things to be thankful for. Peggy and her positivity were a bright spot in my day. I hope to remember that people in the service industry are getting the short end of so many peoples bad day, lets all do a better job and change that!

This is an especially clean and organized store. Have always been able to find what I need.

Looking for fresh green beans, bin was low,asked lady stocking vegetables if she had any on the cart, she said no, but let me check in the back.

Thank God, for Mark!! He works in the "you scan" area of the store. He is a wonderful employee, he is polite, helpful and extremely efficient. I have needed help with digital coupons countless times. He has always been so helpful to "fix" my errors. I'm truly grateful for him, hopefully Krogers is as well! The customer service counter at this location is also very good. Thank you!

Usually love this Kroger! The last 4 or 5 times I've been, in the past month or so, everything is always out of stock! Which I know has more to do with people's buying habits than the job this Kroger and their staff are doing. Everyone is always friendly and helpful for the most part!

Visited this Kroger on Houk road for the first time to get our booster shot. We usually visit either the Kroger on US23 next to Walmart or the one in Lewis Center.
This Kroger felt much cleaner, larger, spaced out and bigger aisles compared to the other two.

The pharmacy staff was also excellent. The head pharmacist who administered the shots was very nice!

This particular store on houk road isn't bad
Just depends on the person opinion Sometimes they have everything or stuff happens what ever the issuation.
I'm always going back to shop even out of
Random or something in particular.

A decent standard Kroger, has a decent produce selection. Really nice meat and seafood department. They sell a lot of fish so it's always fresh.

Everyone is very friendly and the store is usually very well stocked and clean.... I am a night owl shopper so the 24 hr availability is perfect for my schedule! The stocking staff are super helpful and they share the isles with shoppers easily.

Mark was a great help at check out. Always so friendly.

I shop at Houk Rd Delaware Ohio, after my order was finished and was getting ready to leave,the sweetest lady bagging my groceries gave me the biggest hug 🥰,I thanked her and began to leave. I stopped, turned around,went back to her with tears in my eyes to thank her. I told her, I haven't had a hug in years,made my day when all you hear is negativity ❤ Thanks You,hugs 🤗

The recent remodel has made the aisles wider and the store seems brighter. The produce department has grown, which is a great thing. There is definitely going to be a learning curve, but it seems like a great remodel!

Went into the store today to pick up 1 thing (right) had an arm full of items and Abby who was working this morning brought me s basket. Such a nice gesture and very much appreciated. Thanks Abby!

I use Kroger click list and was a little nervous to try a new store, since we moved. The boys packing my car were extremely fast and friendly. So much faster than my previous location that I was extremely impressed. I will come again!

Even tho they were very busy Sunday morning the employees were very nice to ask if I needed help. Plenty of disabled parking close to the doors & a fully charged handi capped electric cart to use. Excellent sale prices this week. And the best part I didn't have to go to Walmart! I love Kroger!

Never been to this Kroger before. I liked the store layout better than my normal one. I only stopped in for some red beans and rice, which I was able to find easily, and was on my way.

Fresh produce clean store friendly service. Wide variety of items from auto to food to baby items to alcohol.

Used the click list option. Had a couple substitutions but not I couldn't live with (got better brand of veggies). Was ready early. The clerk was super nice. Was a quick on and out
