T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Joey was great to work with. Gave me all info I needed, suggestions, knew the hardware and plans, was patient and in general a pleasant sales associate. I am very satisfied with my experience with this T-Mobile location and the service I received.

Finally switched to T Mobile from Verizon. We worked with Maddox and have to say this was the very best customer service I have received in a long time. Maddox was extremely helpful and answered all questions in a very professional manner. Explained everything so that a senior citizen could understand. Maddox is an asset to the company for sure!

2 young men on Thursday 1/25 were very kind and patient and made a fair offer to my older grumpy brother and I would like th commend them on their ethics..I wish I would have gotten their names..I would go there for cell phone advice if I needed it..

I went into the store on November 22, 2021 and was asking questions about different plans to make sure the plan I had was the best plan for us. I also asked about the IPhone 13 pro max and was told the only difference between that and the 12 was the camera. I was then told I qualified for the IPhone 12 on us promotion and I did not need to switch my plan. I also was eligible to trade in my phone. I did everything the rep told me to do. We received our first bill in December 2021 and it was incorrect. Only applied the amount from my trade divided out over 30 months and left me a balance of $15.24 to pay. I called customer service right away and was told it takes 3 billing cycles for the promotion to get on. Never looking! I called again on February 13, 2022 and spent over an hour on the phone with the customer service rep who promised to get it resolved and call me back. Today is Tuesday February 15, 2022 and I have not heard from her. Called customer service again this evening February 15.2022 and spoke to yet another rep who was super friendly and super helpful. She was honest and said you were give an incorrect promotion and we cannot honor it but we will give you a $50 credit but u have to contact the retail store and speak to a manager. I am out of patience’s. I will give the manager one shot to make this correct and if not I am looking for a new cell phone company. I have spent to much time working on this; we have been customers for 7 plus years. I am beyond upset!

Avery was extremely helpful! He got us a great deal on a couple of new phones and was friendly without being fake nor unprofessional. We've been T-Mobile customers for a long time and associates like Avery are a big part of why!

Avery and his staff are amazing. We went to two other t-mobile stores to try to upgrade a device and both of them had terrible customer service and told us they couldn't help us. Then we went to Avery's store and it was like a whole different company. They were able to help us switch devices and work through all the issues we ran into all work the upmost professionalism. If you need anything from t-mobile/sprint this is the store to go to.

Had a great experience. Gary the store manager is outstanding. Customer service and knowledge are second to none.

Staff was very kind and attentive. They were down to earth and shared product information, but didn't try to strong arm me into choosing something I didn't want. It was a great experience and I would totally recommend both TMobile in general and that store specifically.

My wife and I switched from Sprint/at&t to T-Mobile the other day. The two gentlemen that helped us went above and beyond. Collin and Jaren (I believe was the managers name) were very helpful and made the process easy. My wife switched from apple to Android which gave us some problems while moving pictures, contacts, etc. But Collin outdid himself getting it resolved for us. He spent many hours getting information switch between old phones, MacBooks, new phones, Icloud, etc. Great customer service. 10/10

I walked in and felt very comfortable. Was greeted with a warm smile and they helped me through changing from Verizon. Told all my friends. I love this store and the manager greeted me personally

My husband andi went to t mobile this morning because his phone kept saying out of service can only make emergency calls mine wouldn't let me make a call or receive a call but I could text THE 2 YOUNG MEN IN THE STORE WERE BEN AND JOEY THEY WERE GREAT THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US THEY WERE THE NICEST YOUNG MEN TO TAKE TIME TO HELP 2 70 YEAR OLD PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT ALL THESE PHONES WE SO APPRECIATED THE HELP THEY GAVE US I HOPE WE NEVER HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM BUT IF WE DO I SO HOPE BEN AND JOEY ARE STILL AT THE HOUCK RD LOCATION FOR US EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE NICE!!

Avery Benning is top notch in my book, he is allways helpful, courteous, patient and most of all Knowledgeable.
Avery has helped me out on many occasions, sim card replacement, password help and more.

Got 2 new phones from there the staff was amazing and super helpful they even informed me of a deal they had going on with their tablets so i eneded up getting 2 of those. The manager was knowledgeable and extremely helpful I wouldn't go to any other T-Mobile store
