Toni Sober is always focused on delivering great customer service, takes time to explain coverages/options to her customers, and is very timely with her responses to your questions. Toni has been my State Farm Insurance Agent since 1997 and the main reason I've stayed with State Farm this long. While I may be able to save money switching to another provider, can't image not having Toni by my/family's side when we need help. You're the best, Toni!

Toni Sober is an excellent agent that I highly recommend. I've known Toni my whole life as my parents have used her as their agent. I have been a customer of Toni's for over 25 years. There is absolutely no one I would trust with my insurance needs other than her and State Farm. Toni's responsiveness has always been excellent, which is the reason I stay. No automated answering trees to navigate, no unanswered emails or voicemails, no follow-ups needed. Her and her office have always responded extremely quickly to my inquiries. When I have had claims, Toni handled everything with one call. I may be able to save money switching from State Farm, but it would NEVER be worth the savings to not have Toni and her office to deal with. She has my business for life!!

I have been with Toni Sober for close to 18 years. She is wonderful. I recently had the opportunity of leasing a vehicle and the dealership called and spoke with Toni with regards to the various information they needed on my vehicle insurance. The agent from the dealership said that out of all the insurance companies he deals with he really liked Toni - it was a good experience and that he liked how she protected my information. So he wasn't telling me anything I didn't already know. Toni is Wonderful and State Farm is very lucky to have her (as lucky as I am to have her as an agent)

Toni has been my agent for year and she is absolutely amazing. She is very efficient and has great follow through and communication. She also has an awesome Assistant Lisa and two of them will work very hard to service you and get your the appropriate coverage. I recently had a situation where my Fiancée’ become paralyzed and we needed to purchase a wheelchair accessible van. We found a used van and there was a question on what was the appropriate coverage for the conversion. The dealership mentioned an estimated number that just didn’t sound right. Lisa and Toni spent countless hours researching this to make sure we had adequate coverage in the event of an accent. They were able to contact the company that installed the power lift and got an exact replacement cost. I am going to say that again, they spent countless hours researching this they didn’t have to. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed and the service is impeccable. Outstanding coverage, outstanding service and n outstanding staff!!!! What more could you ask for :)

I feel so lucky that have Toni as my car insurance agent. I came from China and just stayed in Cleveland, Ohio, US for three months. I have no idea about car insurance claim and emergency road service. Toni helped a lot. Replied my by phone very quickly and professional. You can't image what I experienced within the three months, one collision in my apartment parking lot, one engine smoked on the way and policy number was wrong in system. Toni helped me to solve these difficulties very soon. She released my life here in Cleveland. Now I am going to leave CLE and start my new life in other state, but I will miss Toni.

Toni is AMAZING. She loves dogs, helps animal rescue organizations in the area, sponsors adoptable dogs, and gives me dog safety coloring book for so I can hand them out at events and in my photography studio. She's a great person. I've recommended her to my friends and they enjoy working with her when it comes to their insurances.

Toni Sober has been my agent for over 20 years and they always made doing business easy. I recently purchased a new vehicle. In one call she quoted, explained coverages, and added my new vehicle to the policy. When state farm rolled out Uber. Toni called to inform me of this change due to a prior call inquirying about it. Lastly I received an email explaining my recent changes to the policy has changed my monthly rate. This email was sent personally to me because Toni and her team know I'm on a budget.
