I went here to buy bras. They do your measurements for free and assisted me through the entire process. They had a great selection of beautiful styles and colors. I ended up with two new bras that fit fantastic and new panties to match..

My mom and I went in for a quick look. We needed to get comfortable clothes for our flight in a few hours. Elizabeth here was so helpful and helped us get everything going and let her change right as we were leaving after we bought everything. She's a great help. Best lane bryant worker I've come across yet.

All the sales associates were excellent. Very friendly and greeted with a smile. They were extremely helpful. This was my first time purchasing bras from here. I will definitely be back.

Went to LB for their annual bra sale and picked up a few extra items as well!! The Sales associates were pleasant, and cleaned the store in between customers. I didn’t feel uncomfortable as social distancing still remains in effect but I still was able to get assistance with certain items in the store. Although very pricing and shopping for plus size clothes can be challenging, I still had a wonderful shopping experience!

This is such a fun place for we goddess sized women to shop. It has great selection and is always attractively decorated. I am physically handicapped and, the last time I was there, a lovely young woman named Sonya went out of her way to help me. I'll be back.

Lane Bryant doesn't carry my size but I was here to promote Mary Kay and while I was here I saw a variety of cute quality clothing here. I did take advantage of the sale they had going on and purchased some nice accessories. The staff was very kind and helpful to everyone who came into the store. This is also my aunt's favorite place to shop. I highly recommend Lane Bryant.

LB has always been one of my plus size stores since I was a kid and going to the LB chubby shop in downtown Cleveland!!! Memories!! Love this store. Fashions are on point for us curvy girls!! Clothes, undergarments, shoes, accessories, etc

Went to pick up an online order. Staff was very pleasant. Store was very well organized.

They are wonderful there! I love going into the store. They remember you by name and make the experience very personal.

Staff offered warm greeting upon entrance.
Staff were knowledgeable about sales and encouraged trting on clothing.
Staff worked well as a team.
They allowed me to ise the restroom in my time of need.

It seems like they always have sales at the store. I found out that if they do 50% online and you mentioned the coupon in the store they'll honor that.

Bria was very helpful and courteous. She provided prompt service and suggestions. Great experience.
