Previously I left a bad review, but I’m taking it back because the owner and his son were so polite to call me back and apologize I really appreciate that. It shows integrity and that they take their business and customer service serious. This really is a 5 star place I just thought I had a bad experience but it was all a misunderstanding and it happens sometimes. But overall I’m extremely pleased.

Quality

I wasnt going to leave a bad review but I’m bothered by the customer service of a older man that I placed an order with. He very much stereotyped me as if the information I gave him was not true. I even asked if he needed to see my professional license over the phone. He asked the name of my business and then he asks for the address. I’m guessing he looked me up and maybe didn’t find what he was looking for. He asks me when I get there are you doing this out of your apartment I am disgusted with this level of unprofessionalism! Clearly my business is located in a building with other business suites
