Giant Eagle Supermarket

Giant Eagles in Beachwood stays pretty consistent in maintaining a clean customer friendly store. Especially the Kitchen who serves hot or cold foods, that staff is very accommodating to your food needs. They seem to make some cosmetic changes to the store inside and out which is very nice and greatly needed

The store is always neat and clean and well stocked and the staff is nice.

Favorite giant eagle by me, I live and work closer to the Southgate location and driving the extra few minutes to go here is very much worth it.

I am not and never have been a giant eagle shopper but we recently moved and I had a great experience multiple times at this store. It was clean and everyone working was really helpful and kind. I have now had 2 really wonderful experiences….I have small children and my groceries fill multiple carts….Greg I remember specifically has helped me out to my car and made sure I got everything loaded safely as it can be so crazy with small children. If you don’t give him special acknowledgment I am going to do it-he is a very kind and helpful person and really has made my experience wonderful and made me a giant eagle shopper!

What can I say this is where I shop… It wasn’t too busy at the time that I went. I still think that they need more people at the cash registers. There were a couple things that were not in stock today. But I got the majority of what I needed. I like how they’re cleaning the carts, the whole staff was friendly… Still trying to get used to the paper bags that break the minute you lift them… make sure they double the bags don’t worry you won’t be charged double. I don’t think we should be charged for bags anyways. I think it’s ridiculous to charge people even more than they do. It would be a classy effort to drop all charges for plastic or paper bags. Would be nice for the company to step up and release the price tags on those little things. It would definitely make this world a better place hey I have to start somewhere and then the rest will fall into place. A great shout out to the deli department the ladies are always wonderful and well hospitable!

Great shopping experience, friendly staff

Today, I spent my entire 30 min lunch break at this location (I work in the same plaza) and due to my repeatedly selecting the wrong products, I ended up in the checkout line four whole times. Today I was the "bad" customer because I kept making mistakes picking out the product I was there to buy and only realizing it at the register. Denise gave me solid advice and encouraging help and easy to understand directions every time I got to her in line and (embarrassingly) realized time and time again that I had chosen the wrong product. Denise is the BEST, most patient, and most kind, warm, and FASTEST cashier I ever have encountered in any grocery/big box store ever. This location is always busy. I've gone in at all open hours and the crowd is always there. Pick Denise's checkout aisle, even if there is a long line with full carts. She is so genuinely friendly yet does not hold up the line with idle chit chat. She makes every customer feel seen and heard while resolving issues quickly, offering good advice, and makes everyone in line leave fast yet smiling. She is a true artisan of the craft that is customer service. Also- big props to the whole staff at the pharmacy counter, they really helped me today and in the past

Good central location. Better than other locations I've been to. Parking is plenty. Plenty of lines open with cashiers waiting to check you out. My cashier greeted me well with a smile and swiftly checked me out. I was in and out in a jiffy! I do wish they carried seasonal outdoor potted annuals displayed outside like some locations.

They have a liquor store. Nice selection of bourbon.

𝐆𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐄𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐄 is one of my all time favorite grocery stores. Produce, meats, snacks, and magazines, water ect are my monthly buys when I visit. Good customer service too!

I recently moved to Orange and this is the closest Giant Eagle supermarket to where I live, and it’s one of the nicest ones! The staff here is very kind and I am easily able to get in and get out without any problems.

Get your Bolthouse farms drink! The best drink out there that is healthy and safe! Eat your medicine! This is the best! Try the carrots, ginger, and turmeric!

They had everything I needed. Good produce, fried chicken, and many things that weren't on my list. The store was neat and clean, Covid requirements were followed. The employees were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The lines were short. I know that there are times when the lines are longer, but they always work to get customers checked out expeditiously.

Great shopping experience with great people

Just as all other stores with prices raised, Giant Eagle continues to make record profits as well, I'm certain. It's never about the consumer. Now Giant Eagle has also eliminated their use of plastic bags, once again, and are charging the customers $0.10 per paper bag. They'll give you a bogus reason about eliminating plastic, making the earth better, but there hundreds of more items in the store that uses plastic. It's a money grab only if you think of the number of customers that come into the store daily. Disappointed in the corporate greed. If you forget to bring your own bags just take your groceries out in the cart without bags and load them into your vehicle. It's just a moral aspect that makes you disappointed in a place you liked to shop for your groceries.

Two days ago I used curbside pickup for the first time. My order had numerous items missing. This is understandable during such a difficult and stressful time. The young lady who loaded my car was not wearing a mask, not because she didn't have one. She stated she had one but did not feel like wearing it, totally unacceptable and careless. Anyway I had to go back to the store in order to get the numerous items the young lady had forgotten to include with my order. The second employee, Joy, was outstanding. She was thoughtful, considerate and did her job with courage and dignity. She is the reason I am giving a five star review. Thank you Joy!

Store was packed they asked me to come back when they weren't so busy. If a store is that busy it must be good. It was clean

Giant eagle is always have fresh produce plenty of options name brand products Rider carts for the disabled prices are our little on the high side they also have a liquor store on the premises and Huntington Bank so you can do multiple things at Giant eagle
