Materials I needed and employees were very helpful

Lindsey was my cashier yesterday, and she was phenomenal, made the experience personalized. Something not often found in retail, great hardworking staff who really care about their jobs.

Best Michaels around! The staff is so friendly, the store is always organized and it’s always a great trip.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I spend about 10 hours a month at this shopping center. The bathroom is always clean which is why I go in there. I have had friendly conversations with staff and patrons.

I run my own jewelery business and Michael's always has what I need. Not to mention I have been shopping at Michael's since 2009 and will forever be a customer here. From canvas selection to every day decor, you want it? They got it. I will never step foot into competitors stores like ever because there's nothing you can do to be like Michael's Craft Store (: All locations are basically the same and the layout it convenient.

We were able to quickly find what we needed. There was no long line to check out. The trip took approximately 15 minutes.

Great for all kinds of craft supplies and decorations for every holiday. Pleasant, helpful good looking employees. Great parking.

Was tough to find help today, but usually the store is crawling with very friendly and helpful workers. All registers staffed...fast moving lines. Might want to make aisle numbers easier to spot...especially those in the center of the store.

The two ladies working there were so understanding.... I accidentally went over budget and they both took the time to take care of not only me but all the people lined up behind me while I was being helped. Very efficient if I must say so. Thank you you!!!💚

first time in a micheals and i can honestly say they have nice items there. i loved the painting section and they also have had a beautiful bench there.

The store is always clean and there are always people around to help with whatever you may need. Their seasonal section is always up early enough you can start planning holiday crafts with plenty of time to execute them.

An excellent selection. Love their Tiny Treasures line -- I got a bunch of it for the D&D campaigns I'm running as cheap (but nice!) set pieces. Michael's often has good sales and the employees tend to be very helpful!

Took a class on how to make a blanket. It was so much fun and I learned a new skill. I will definitely take more and our teacher was wonderful.

Just awesome everyone so nice so helpful. I was working on a project for work. They had everything I needed. Plus gave me the dicount from their website because I didn't have the app. Saved money on great products. Thanks again for being so awesome.

I love this store. They always have just what I need for all my crafting. My girlfriend loves the extensive wire-wraping section and I always find something new to keep my hands busy. My latest hobby, Diamond Dotz.

Michael's has such a wide variety of goods and products. And very helpful employees
