The gentleman that assisted me did amazing! Instead of having to pay for entire brake light assembly, he personally took a look at my vehicle and found it was just the tail light that was out. He found the bike and installed it in a matter of seconds. Saved me over a hundred dollars! Amazing customer service!

I’ve had some good customer service, but the Clint Phillips at the East North Street store was awesome! This gentleman was helpful and gave me good information on the battery I was purchasing! You got a feeling the guy didn’t mind helping you. It’s just what he does. Two thumbs up to doing it well. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Store number 415. I spoke to Albert on the phone regarding my sister’s windshield wiper blades. He was extremely professional and helpful! I called the store on the west side, and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely disrespectful and did not even want to help me and get to the bottom of a fuse box location, but Albert was outstanding! He saved the day!

Needed two batteries, they had one but called a near-by store that had the second. Because of the holiday, the only person there (at both stores) they were unable to install.

A bulb in the rear brake light blew rendering no directional or brake lights. We were surprised and grateful when one of the clerks followed us out and offered to replace it. Nice people do still exist, so good to know!

It was determined that alternator was going bad. Got new alternator to put in ourselves. Got the tools and everything from store. Owen lent us his own jack stands to use. After 2 hours of unsuccessfully getting it out, Owen came and gave us a hand. The extra help made all the difference.getting it out and new one in.With his help we were able get back on the road to MN. Thanks, Owen! Above and beyond!

Great staff. Lost a serpentine belt on my car at 3pm on a Friday. Orrin suggested a shop and got me the number. I was able to get my car repaired within 2 hours. That is above and beyond customer service.

We were in a pinch ac blower went out. All my equipment was ove an hour away at the camp site. The guys there help get things tested and swaped out the parts. Very greatful for them going above and beyond!

I called for my Mom as I live out of state and she was in the area and needed some help. The service tech that answered the phone was nice and assured me that they would take care of my mom upon her arrival. The check engine light was on (they gave her a diagnostic) and they then checked her oil (it needed almost a quart). They were very courteous and helpful. Thanks guy's!

I was half way through a cross county move and had a fan clutch go bad on me. Thankfully I had all of my tools with me and was able to do the work right in the parking lot. Kenny was beyond accommodating in getting me the right parts and loaner tool to get the job done. I am glad I pulled into their parking lot. I ran across the street to AutoZone to get something Oreilys was sold out of. Those guys were beyond terrible and didn't even bother to help me. This Oreilys is an example of wonderful business.

After getting stuck in the South Dakota blizzard, our car was having problems so we stopped for the free check engine light you offer. Roland was able to help us diagnose the problem. Our car is fixed and we are on our way. Thank you again.

I actually had to visit three of the stores because the e part I needed was much older and not in high demand . Between all three stores , they got me my parts .

Kenny was amazing ! He was able to help me fix my radiator in less than 20 mins if it was not for him i would have been screwed thank you thank you!! You are amazing!

Well I left my accessories on a little long, killed my battery. I got a jump start made it to o Reilly's and the assistant manager let me borrow the odb check engine diagnostic device to find a code I did not know, long story short was a simple fix will most likely return in the future.

Nice and helpful, but the military discount is kind of a joke, lol. $1.05 off a $75 bill. But they were nice and had what we needed.
