At Home

I want to thank the manager of the store, Chelsea for providing excellent customer service and understanding with our situation that both Chelsea and I faced this morning. She assisted us with care and even though we where a frustrated customer, we developed an understanding and resolution with in a timely manner. She is awesome! I will continue to be a customer at, At Home.

Additionally, the store is always clean, well organized and always has the things I need. Employees are always welcoming, kind and professional.

Great short visit. This place is perfect for finding great deals and they have a huge variety. I needed a couple of chair cushions for a project and found 2 that were 50% off. Great deal and the store is huge. As usual when I visit here I bought more than I planned. You go in for one thing and you see a million other things that you need. Service at register was extremely quick and polite. They also give a great military discount for those that qualify even on sale items which many stores do not do in this state. Definitely recommend coming here for all your home outside and inside needs!!!

I was greeted by a worker passing by the front door and asked if I needed any help, she answered my questions and headed me to where I wanted to go. I went and found what I was looking for and upon return it was my cashier that took the time to help me out, very nice! I had placed an online order for pick up, my cashier called it back and the gentleman was out shortly with my order. He even helped me to the car with it and put it in my car! These two employees definitely know customer service! They explained that receipts were emailed to me in case I misplaced my paper one. This was my first shopping experience at this big box store. I was impressed by the employees and the company, they appear to have the customer shopping experience in mind. Great customer service training and, convenience of emailed receipts one could put in a file instead of trying to keep track of paper receipts if needed. You can still get a paper receipt as well. Great first experience with this store that I'll return to shop at again!

I can always find what I'm looking for, and extra things I'm not! Lol They always have excellent quality products that is well worth every penny! Love the At Home store!

Love this store. They have so much great product for every space in your home. Most of the employees were very helpful and friendly during my visit. The plus side is my kids love walking around and finding new things for their rooms. I highly recommend then for your home goods.

I recently went to the at Home store. The customer service was excellent! I received much needed help from managers Lori and Lisa. They were happy to help, friendly, just all around awesome. They told me if I needed anything in the future, not to hesitate to come see them at the store. The check out clerk was very friendly as well. Her name was Suzanna. I purchased a kitchen set. We will shop here again! The store was 141. It is located in Rapid City.

This place is great. Everything you could need to fully furnish and decorate a home. Large stock, competitive prices, helpful staff. Located in the mall, handicapped parking and accessibility. Customer restrooms located in front.

I purchased one item here. It wasn't the item that mattered to me. It was Dawn, the gal that helped me at the register. She was just wonderful, well versed and exemplified her spot of professionalism. I would go back just for the service.

The selection was very large and interesting. Ranging from rustic to contenpoary styles. If you're looking for a change in decor or starting new; the selection will get you started. Fairly priced as well.

Love this place. I have found so many beautiful things for my new home. They have rows and rows of everything.
