Tried to get home/auto quotes after being recommended by a few people. Still waiting 2 months, no quotes, different issue every time we spoke. Had no problem getting quotes from 3 other agencies in the same area so not sure what the problem was, but it didn’t work out for me.

My parents were clients for 33 years. Ran into an issue in the days leading up to selling my parents place after mom passed away, as a result of possibly incorrect information they conveyed to the underwriter. They were unwilling to help figure out a very short gap in coverage before closing and suggested I call Allstate. Someone in their office was yelling at me in the background and they hung up on me mid-conversation.

That's no way to treat a client of 33 years.
