ShopRite of Port Jefferson

First and foremost I want to say I never write reviews unless I’m very impressed with a place or I’m very unimpressed. I suffer from anxiety issues, so the fact that I was even able to go to the grocery store was amazing enough as it is. What’s the worst thing that can happen to a person anxiety issues? Holding a case of beer by the handle, and having it break in full everywhere in front of everybody. The staff saw this, they were so wonderful and nice. They start helping me picking up the beer. Then the manager came out. He actually got me a replacement, while the other gentleman gave me a couple of bags. It was 2 gentlemen and one young woman. I have to say I think the world is a better place with the staff like that I highly recommend this grocery store plus it was very clean and everything looked very good good produce wise, meat, wise, etc..

Andrew Clark is the greatest shelf stocker I've ever seen he move as if hes the flash through out the store and even gave me an std, i love stds. Thank you Andrew Clark, And thank you Shoprite!!!!!

I was at Shop Rite today and I can't say enough about the staff. Dillon went out of his way to go in the back to get me two Sugar Free Coffee Mate Creamers that were not on the shelves so I could use the digital coupon. The check out lines were long so I went to the self checkout and I am not too good at it. Yet Kyle was there and assisted me each time I made an error and he was so pleasant and helpful. Then I had to go to Customer Service and Gabby was just wonderful and helped me with an issue I had. Thanks to the great and helpful staff I come across each time I shop.

Love this store. Has a great layout and an awesome modern feel. They always have their shelves well stocked. The manager there seems to treat his employees very well too, I saw him going around thanking them and giving them fist bumps. It's very good to see a manager treat his help like that, especially in that business. Personally, I think more managers should do that.

Place is super cool. The modern feel and the design is very appealing. the flow of the layout makes it easy to get around. I am disabled with mobility issues and had no problems here. Employees were super ploite and offered help instead of the usual heads down. New pennies always shine bright so lets hope this one stays shiny. Bravo-

Very kind and helpful person at the Thusday night...about 7:30 pm - ish.... I tried to ring on my items. He had patience and kindness with helping me.

I like this store to begin with, but the young workers in the shop at home dept are great! During this whole pandemic & shopping with curbside delivery every one in this area (mostly young adults) have been super helpful, cheerful & very polite.
They've made a stressful & difficult situation much nicer..
Also my order has always been correct..

Clean, large store with many products. The layout could be better as it's a bit crowded in areas but still manageable. They have beautifully decorated cakes in their bakery too!

Excellent staff, great shopping experience, Staff goes above and beyond to help customers, and prices are great for sales! Sales are great! Just make sure you have your shop rite card and have the coupons down loaded from the internet to get the deals.

What could be better than the convenience of shopping online and having your groceries delivered to your car in a designated parking space? Every week, there are special promotions to remove the fees and this week there was an additional offer for $10 off the order if you purchased $25 of frozen foods. This is a great service for seniors.

Nice store with a large selection of groceries. The fellow at the seafood area is a very hard working guy and pleasant. The store manager is fairly young/tall, productive and effective. The manager constantly checks around all parts of the store and helps on the busiest dept throughout the day.

This supermarket is fantastic. A must see is the floral dept. The floral arrangements that Diane and her staff put together is Fantastic.
The imagination and creativity she has is amazing. It rates 5 stars in my book.

This store is so clean and well stocked. It's a pleasure shopping here. They also have a great variety of organic products, much better than most regular supermarkets. The very best part of this store though is the produce department.

Everything there is nice and new. The store is laid out well and everything was easy to find. It was incredibly busy being that it was the grand opening but checking out was fast and efficient. No complaints.

What a beautiful and clean store! It's a pleasure to shop there. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bend over backwards to give the best possible customer service. A joy to shop there and it was needed in Port Jefferson Station.

Love this Shoprite! Well stocked and clean. Personnel responsive. Prices are good and stock is fresh and provides appropriate selections.

The new ShopRite in Port Jeff is a nice clean store. All the new employees work very well with each other. If you need something just asked anybody they're very helpful.
