The UPS Store

This store is awesome! I use them at least twice a week for everything - faxes copies, notary, shipping ,Amazon returns etc, the employees are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I see people complaining about paying for boxes well this is a shipping store! Pack your return at home and then bring it here to ship and you won’t have to buy a box.

This place is awesome, Collin is super nice! I don’t get all the bad reviews, maybe it’s just a bunch of old people that don’t know how Amazon returns and shipping works.

The store is helpful and makes sending easy. My info is stored, also making things easier. A bit pricey, however.

The UPS representatives were especially helpful with my shipment, sealing up the package and even putting the label on for me. They printed my tracking sheet before I had a chance to ask for it. Overall I would say this particular UPS Store is exceptional !

I make a lot of returns at this store and have been going there for years. I love the staff, especially Vinnie…he’s awesome!!! Customers can be so rude to them constantly, I feel bad for them. I’ve always had a great experience…reliable and kind staff. I’ve used them for returns, shipping and shredding. I highly recommend and just be kind to them!!!!

Used it many times for sending packages, Amazon returns, notarial service etc. Super convenient neighborhood store. Staff members that I have encountered were all very nice and helpful.

This place is fantastic. I use them for all my shipping, Amazon returns and graphic design work. So much better and more convenient than FedEx and the post office

Cody behind the counter helped me when I needed it. He had all the knowledge and knew exactly what I meant. He made the process so easy! Would definitely come back just for him!

Vinny and his staff have always been amazing with me and the kids. i’m there every week with several packages returning items to amazon. The staff at the mt. sinai location- they’re always patient and friendly.

Vinnie who manages the UPS store in Riverhead and Mount Sinai is dedicated to customer service, totally honest and extremely knowledgeable. Who knew there was so much to know about packing and shipping. Michael S Horney,DC

Amazing customer service! I pass two other UPS stores to go to this one.

I needed a notary on a Saturday, and she is available until 5pm. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
