I came in because my business card colors were not printing correctly. Tyler was such a HUGE help. I felt like I was at a luxury printing press. He helped me match the color from a previous card I had printed so it was as close as possible. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I am very impressed. Staples should give him a raise.. please !

Joe and Casey in the printing department went above and beyond printing my banners for an upcoming convention. Some of the colors and images just weren’t cooperating with the printer and I ended up having to come back and have them redone. Casey (I hope I’m not messing up the name) was so helpful and was able to resolve the issue and provide me with several options to choose from. A++ in service. Give these people a raise!

I cannot say enough great things about the marketing services staff, here! I have been working with them for the past year and they always provide me with outstanding customer service. Brianna, Dana, and Michelle are always friendly and keep me in the loop about my orders, which are always ready within a couple of hours. Their service and effort are truly unmatched. Keep up the great work!

Came in right at closing cause I needed receipt tape for work and no one gave me an attitude or side eye for coming in so late thank you for having non snotty customer service

went in to pu cartridge for my old printer, they were out of stock. A nice young man, Joe helped me. I knew it was time to look a new laser printer as now I am working from home. He asked me just the right questions and found one for me. It wasn't in stock at this store. He look at closer stores and said let me call because sometime online might be wrong. He found it in Patchogue store. I was on the fence about going all the way there.. He google it and told me it was only 20 mins and right off 27. Needless to say he was right. less than 1 hour I was home setting it up. He really took his time and I am soo glad he did. thank you Joe!!!

To the Staples management, you are certainly fortunate to an employee named Ruth at your Port Jefferson, NY store. She assisted me at the register promptly and professionally. I explained to her how much I appreciated her courteous manner and I wish to tell the Staples Headquarters as well.
