Great quality food! Stayed at the Highline Vail. Had breakfast and lunch here. Fresh squeezed OJ!! Truffle fries were amazing!! I would come to eat here to get away from the crowds of Vail Village - Highly recommend!

Westside Cafe is a great choice for breakfast, especially when staying at the hotel. It's super convenient, right in the lobby. The service was excellent and friendly. They serve large portions, and the prices are very reasonable. My husband enjoyed the Hungry Bear breakfast, and I loved the Denver Omelette. Both were delicious and filling. A solid breakfast spot!

I recently had a fantastic lunch experience at Westside Cafe in Vail, Colorado. We kicked off our meal with their New $12 Soft & warm Bavarian pretzel, which came with a side of honey mustard and beer cheese sauce. Let me tell you, those dips were out of this world! The pretzel was warm, soft, and just what we needed to start our meal on the right note.

For our main course, we decided to share the $19 American Cheeseburger, which was a great decision. The burger was a masterpiece, with American cheese, bacon, house aioli, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, all served on a toasted brioche bun. It was cooked to perfection, and they were kind enough to split it evenly between my wife and me. The delicious fries that accompanied it were the cherry on top.

The only thing that made it a bit challenging to fully appreciate the ambiance was that we visited during lunchtime when the place was rather empty, and it seemed like they were preparing for dinner service. Nevertheless, this didn't dampen our enjoyment, and we had a delightful experience. We would definitely return if we were in the area, perhaps during a busier time to get the full vibe of the restaurant.

Lastly, I have to mention that the staff was professional and attentive, even if they appeared a bit straight-faced. They didn't give us any reason to complain, and their service was top-notch. Overall, Westside Cafe left a positive impression on us, and I'd highly recommend it for a satisfying meal in Vail.

One of the best places to get a damn good Bloody Mary!! The dirty biscuits and gravy was also delicious. Almost as good as the biscuits and gravy I had in Georgia. Service was excellent. Love how everything is decorated. I mostly enjoyed the Bloody Mary. Everything about it was excellent, especially the BACON! Building itself is also very pretty.

Breakfast was delicious. Chicken fried steak, scrambled eggs, rye and hash browns - all hot and flavorful. Dennis served me and was a gem; kind, personable and hospitable! Everything was so good here; definitely coming back!

Grabbed a quick light lunch on our way home from a 4000+ mile/2 week motorcycle trip. Not busy at all, pleasant day allowed for great outdoor seating and quick, friendly service.
I had a delicious arugula & beet salad, his was a yummy cup of elk chili and 1/2 Philly cheese steak sandwich.
A must stop anytime you are passing through Vail!

We came here on a Sunday morning around 10am. Signed up to call ahead seating and it said 50-70 min wait, drove to the restaurant and they still told us 60 mins. Went for a 5 min walk and they text that our table was ready. That was a great surprise. Service was very good and the food was excellent.

The food was delicious! The Benedicts are sooo good. I HIGHLY recommend the crab cake bene. They also have freshly squeezed oj and a full stacked bar.

The flower lined railing is just soooo relaxing. Makes you feel like you’re surrounded by flowers. Lol. Feels like a garden. That also means you can focus in the calm atmosphere, and decide from the delicious menu. I really don’t think you could pick something and be wrong off this menu. Great service. Delicious food. Beautiful views! The soup was fantastic and filling!

We come to West Side Cafe 2-3 times per week and sit in the bar section.. We love Tom the Bartender. He takes good care of us, makes great suggestions food wise snd we enjoy what is served. We meet new people and love the atmosphere. We certainly recommend stopping here!

Stopped on our way through and it was excellent! Patrick was a great waiter, good sense of humor, attentive and helpful. Would 100% recommend! We all had brunch (crab benedict and Buffalo Benedict) the bacon bloodys were fantastic too!

Food is amazing! Servers are friendly and truly want you to have the best time. The most funny part is the menu having The Local and The Tourist - it’s the same meal but the tourist is $2 more :). Alcoholic drinks available. Gluten free pancakes! Pregnant me was in heaven.

Oh also the waiter takes the check… I was not observant and took it to the front which was super embarrassing.

Conveniently located in our hotel lobby, it was an easy decision to eat here for breakfast.

We ordered coffee and a mocha to start. I had chilaquiles, son had chicken fried steak and my niece had yogurt and fruit bowl.

Everything was so delicious. Good size portions that we could not finish.

Service was stellar and prices were reasonable. If you are staying nearby, give this place a try!

Had an excellent breakfast after checking out of our unit. We picked Westside Cafe because of the great reviews on The Cap n’ Crunch French Toast. It was located in the Doubletree Hotel in West Vail. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and the Cap n Crunch French toast. The cereal sugar coating made the french toast very hard so I ordered a solo biscuit with dirty gravy. Totally recommend the chicken fried steak & hashbrowns, biscuit & gravy - definitely comfort food. The service was great! Hazel was very cheerful and a pleasure to chat with. Oh! The manager removed the French toast from our ticket. We will be back!
