The website was very easy to use. The trip was booked in minutes and then we were assigned a driver shortly thereafter.
Both drivers going to and from the airport were great! They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The rides were very safe and comfortable.

Great overall experience with a sprinter van with 5 people and ski gear. Driver and company communicated ahead of time with our flight being initially delayed, but then ended up being on time. They handled this perfectly and would highly recommend them.

Great service! The 3 drivers were at the Eagle Vail airport waiting for us. They helped all our club member collect our bags and we headed to Beaver Creek. We got the same the same customer service stopping for groceries at the Avon City Market and again arriving at the condo. I would definitely hire them again on future ski trips.

We booked them to drive a friend to a wedding in Aspen, and they took great care of us! We had to cancel our ride at the last minute, and they were very understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car service in the Colorado area!

Bob came to pick us up during a snowstorm. It took him almost 6 hours to get to denver and then over 3 to get back to Vail. The entire time he was positive, friendly and most importantly got us where we were going safely. I would definitely recommend Bob and Eagle Vail Express.

We used Eagle Vail Express in January 2023 during an extremely busy week for the Valley . They were 100% reliable and safe and friendly. Their price point for our vehicle was competitive and fair. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I booked Eagle Vail for an group offsite. We needed transportation to/from the airport. Three different groups at three different arrival/departure times and they were wonderful. Communication was excellent and I didn't have to wonder if the shuttle had arrived. A small detail that is essential for planners.

Connection from ATL to EGE got cancelled so I was rerouted to DEN. Then that flight was delayed approximately four hours. Called Eagle Vail Express to let them know I was now going to be late but the driver had already left Eagle. Imagine my surprise that the driver waited at DEN to pick me up at 12 midnight. The driver was courteous and I slept like a baby on the way to Vail. Great job, guys!

We were very pleased with the service Egal Vail Express. We considered the cost of renting a car versus using the Vail Express,: while there wasn't a significant savings by taking the shuttle from Denver to Beaver Creek, it did make the trip less stressful. The shuttle operated according to the published schedule, the driver was professional and courteous and we saved quite a bit of time by not having to pickup and drop off a rental. We will use the service again this year.

Been using Eagle Vail Express for over six years and they have always been very responsive. This year there was a need to make a change at 4 AM for a flight change and they accomplished it for six people to get them to the airport on time. I would highly recommend them.
