Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail

I visited the Four Seasons Vail while on a trip with work colleagues and have nothing but great things to say about this resort. The room was extremely clean and well-appointed with the fireplace being a great touch. The location was amazing, walkable to all the shops & restaurants downtown and to the mountain. The service was great, especially the ski concierge and rental service. It was super convenient to be fit at the hotel and then have everything waiting for us at the facility right near Gondola One.
I also used the gym and spa facilities while visiting, and again no complaints. Great facilities.
We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel because we preferred to try the restaurants in town, but the bar was great, with maybe just a minor complaint regarding how long it took to get a drink when the hotel became more crowded. It is a relatively small area behind the bar and so there are only 2 bartenders active at a time trying to serve a pretty good-sized area of tables.
Whether at the cafe or the bar, their hot chocolate is a must-try. And in the morning, it was really convenient that the cafe had free coffee / lattes / cappuccinos. Normally at a resort like this, you expect that they get you for everything, so even though it was just coffee, this was a nice touch.

Luxury, elegance, beauty, divine!.... I can't say enough about the time spent at the Four Seasons Vail. The spa is a must do when staying here. The staff was attentive and I have not one complaint. Four Seasons has been my home away from home wherever I travel and it will continue to be my first choice every time. Thank you Four Seasons once again for taking excellent care of me! #LOVE

I rarely leave reviews but the Flame Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado was spectacular. Nina our waitress was incredibly kind and special. She even took our two children to the kitchen for soft serve ice cream. It was an unforgettable experience and we highly recommend dining at this restaurant. Keep up the great work!

Came here for the hot chocolate and the hot chocolate only and it was EVERYTHING. Unlike any other hot chocolate I have had or will have again- it’s beautifully presented, sweet but not too sweet, and the marshmallow melts into it beautifully.

Everyone was also incredibly kind and welcoming and the views from the bar balcony are stunning.

Great customer service and atmosphere! Food was amazing, The spa was even better specially after long day of skiing!
You got try their hot Chocolate at remedy bar and breakfast burrito at flam restaurant.

We went to eat the famous cookie and drink the massive chocolate.

Yes, it’s expensive… everything is in vail.
However, if you can make the investment it’s worth it.

One chocolate for me was a bit much, but I don’t eat almost sugar so… have that in mind, maybe share with you special one.

The cookie on the other hand…. Incredible, we wanted more 🤣

My wife and I visited Vail for the first time a few days ago and had a great time! Aside from the snow and driving over to Glenwood to hike Hanging Lake before the snow fell, one of the highlights of our trip was the Four Seasons. This is truly a luxury resort with an awesome staff that made us feel at home. We especially looked forward to seeing Emir, Elizabeth and Jasmine, who each went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Some may say truly great customer service is dead, I say it all went to Vail and has made Four Seasons its place of residence. We are looking forward to returning!

I stayed in July and I want to congratulate the housekeeping staff. A housemen named Ricardo met all my needs and took care of me in a way that I will not forget. excellent hotel and excellent food and wines!

We can give a straight 5 to the hospitality right from the valet staff to the restaurant manager. We did not stay there, but went for the famous hyped chocolate. It was nice and the presentation was excellent.

Came here for a mini honeymoon after getting married and they went above and beyond for us— upgraded us to a suite, champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us in our room with a handwritten note. Spa services were great, Flame restaurant was delicious. Can’t wait to come back for our anniversary!

Amazing place to enjoy their indoor or outdoor fireplace and their famous hot cocoa. You can also enjoy a whiskey flight in case you are in the mood. Great service with friendly staff. Their location is excellent as well.

The famous HAUT chocolate was definitely worth it! The bar is beautiful with great views. Staff is super friendly.

What a beautiful experience! Literally, all of the staff were so kind, professional and accommodating. The suite I had was luxurious, modern and clean. I absolutely love the coffee bar, the mirror in the bathroom is stellar, the standalone tub is adorable, the lighting is perfect, and set a really nice tone, I honestly didn’t want to leave my room. I love the amenities that they offer, the spa is soothing, and it the gym had most of the equipment that I need for the type of workout I had. In room dining has some great, healthy options, and I am over the moon happy with the Nespresso machine in the room.

Absolutely love the Four Seasons Vail. This hotel is unlike anything else in the area. Very much enjoyed the ambiance and amenities. Restaurants were amazing. Service in general was outstanding. Specifically Vladimir from valet was great, very polite helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He truly made our stay special.
We felt like it was a home away from home and we look forward to returning to stay at the hotel with our kids. Thanks for the amazing experience!

The hotel staff and service is amazing. It is located in the heart of Vail. Great Location. Hot chocolate was amazing.

I had the most relaxing and magical stay at the Four Seasons Vail! I was so lucky to catch the end of ski season this year in early April. The hotel made it easy to come in from Denver-- they gave me transportation suggestions and the hotel is conveniently located just a mile from the Vail Transportation Center. One of my favorite parts of the Mountain View room was the fireplace, and it was also spacious enough to fit a Peloton bike!! The balcony was really nice to have as well, I stepped outside to breathe the mountain air while it was snowing. The heated pool and hot jacuzzi felt amazing because it was so cold out. I wanted to explore the city of Vail and the hotel concierge let me know there are 2 Mercedes G-Wagons available for all guests to use on a first come first serve basis, so I was able to use one for the entire day as a courtesy of the hotel. I never had an experience like that before! The room service breakfasts and hotel restaurants were all incredible and definitely live up to the Four Seasons reputation. I also had a 100 minute spa treatment which included a bath, a body scrub, and a 1 hour massage--this was the ultimate relaxation experience! The spa and fitness facilities were great and I'm happy I had a chance to experience them. I was also so impressed that the resort has its own ski concierge--they can help you with anything related to snow activities on Vail mountain and beyond. The hotel is located in such a nice area and it was walking distance from so many great restaurants and shops at Vail Village. I really can't wait to come back to the Four Seasons Vail, and if you are considering staying here, you can trust me when I say it was the best of the best!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Vail, Colorado. We had a room that couldn't have been more warm and comfortable, as well as having a wonderful view of the mountain. What sets this and other Four Seasons hotels apart from other prestige-class hotels is their customer care. I'm my humble opinion, customer service is primary to maintaining a four-star hotel. Here at the Vail Four Seasons Hotel, I give them five stars.

Excellent accommodations and service! Could not have had a better stay. Will be back.
