Excellent customer care today! I took in my broken pool sweep fearing the worst. They opened it up and found a broken plastic tie had jammed the wheel. They removed it, put the sweep back together, and it works great! Even did this for no charge. It made my day and if I can't recommend them enough. This kind of service drives loyalty, and I'll know I'll go back to Leslie's when it's time to actually spend some $!

Great place for pool supplies and water testing. Recently bought a pump that was marked way higher than Amazon. They price matched and I was VERY impressed.

Just had an experience at this Leslie's that proves the value of a local business with a customer focus. I hope these guys stay around for a long time! When I let them know it was important for me to have my repair be done in an unreasonably short period of time, they spent the next 30 minutes digging through spare parts to make it happen. They easily could have said "sorry we'll have to order that part". Not the first good experience I have had with this store, but this one prompted me to give them 5 stars. Well done and thank you!!

We needed to replace our pump and contacted 4 pool companies for a quote. We ultimately decided to use Leslie's because of the time that Pierre invested in making sure I was fully informed about all the best options for my pool. His knowledgeable, experience and excellent advice helped me make a decision to purchase a new pump and also a new filter to replace an old sand filter.

Every day for the past 3 months since the install, I look at our pool and I am so pleased that it is super clean. Gone is the noisy pump and the yellow/green algae. Yay!
