My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our most recent vehicle from Elk Grove Toyota. Everyone I had contact with there was very professional, helpful, and really friendly. Travis, our salesperson was very knowledgeable of the inventory. Every vehicle i asked about, if they had it, he knew where is was at and how many of them he had. Overall it was one the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Definitely 5 star service. 👍 👍 I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Elk Grove Toyota.

Worked with me to get a vehicle similar to the one I have been waiting for. Friendly, helpful and received good financing. Walked me through the Toyota app and connecting with my multimedia. Good service. Just Took my car in for its 5000 mile check up. They got me in really fast and out in a shorter amount of time than I thought. Totally great service.

From start to finish was excellent customer service. What would have taken hours at another dealership service department took less at Elk Grove Toyota. Ping Yang was my service advisor, he saved me money and was skilled and knowledgeable at his job. Great customer service across the board.

Bought a great car through the Costco Auto program. The salespeople and finance guy were helpful without being pushy. I loved being able to arrange appointments and ask questions via text, too. A great experience.

The experience from start to the point I drove off, was excellent! The salesman was very easy to work with! No hard sale or pressure tactics were used! The finance manager was very knowledgeable. When I asked what I needed extra, she indicated gap insurance was a mandatory investment. She added the extended warranty/extended maintenance package was a great necessity and she explained why in a manner that made sense! Lastly, the young lady who assisted me with my cell phone sync with the car and covered some features, was very helpful! I would not hesitate to conduct business with Elk Grove Toyota in the future!

I picked up my just-arrived 2024 Corolla after work at 5:00pm on 2/27. My longtime-connected salesman David Aguayo had to leave early that day. However, he pointed Justin to serve me. Justin is a nice young guy and served me very well. He was so patient to show me lots of things when I eventually sitting in my new car. It was almost 8:00pm! Miguel Navarro has been my service advisor lately and his professionalism, courtesy and customer service have been excellent. He represents Toyota well. All my experiences with Elk Grove Toyota have been top notch, from the service advisers to cashiers. Nice facility, very clean, and coffee always available.

Got a oil change, 7 point inspection, top off all fluids, tire rotation and pressure check, fixed gravel plate missing pins. I waited 1 1/2 hours. Mikaela Alvarez proceeded all paperwork and got with me on a price for 6 push clips for gravel plate. The customer waiting area very comfortable.

I had a bit of a punch list of small repairs/services I needed accomplished. Tony A. Is a very cheerful and receptive service advisor and had me in and out in timely manner. The work was done just as Tony had suggested and everything looks and runs great! Couldn’t be happier!

I had called another Toyota dearship in the area but they didn't pick up the phone and the reviews weren't the best but i was in need of service for my car. Then I saw Elk Grove Toyota online and gave a call, the call was picked up so quickly and the customer service was very good. Also, everyone in the dealership seemed so helpful. The building itself (inside especially) was clean and nice. It is a farther drive for me, but it's definitely worth it.

I did not make an appointment. Advisor Tim was kind and friendly. I only needed a tire rotation and a cabin air filter. It was done in less than 2 hours which was great for not having an appointment.

The Financial Representative Duong was very helpful and organized with all the paperwork. All that he went over with was very easy to understand and he’s a very outgoing representative. Fast service and good communication. Will definitely come back! Oh just one thing that I noticed compared from other service centers in Arkansas, back there, they have a lot of free snacks for customers while waiting and variety of drinks as well. It would be nice to have it in Elk Grove too!

The negotiation of the price and trade-in value went smoothly, and they kept me informed about the arrival date of the car.
