I'm genuinely happy to have met and worked with Barry. My partner and I went just to look at a vehicle. We weren't planning to buy something. Barry explained everything in an easy to understand way. He was wonderful to get to know. We feel like he is part of our family now. We never felt hustled or sold. Would recommend to anyone looking. Good luck on the fishing trip Barry!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I had purchased the same exact car somewhere else and it was totaled within 23 days of having it. The dealership made sure I was taken care of… the car has more accessories on it… and the finance person really took his time to get me a loan I am totally grateful for. They did a fantastic job on the sale of my car. And I am so happy with how it all worked out. I highly recommend them. They understood my situation and truly took care of me… thank you!!!

I was told from the beginning what I was quoted…no surprise! And Alexis was very good at keeping in contact with me.
The mechanic picked up on something that I was aware wasn’t working correctly and it wasn’t the reason why my van was in..but, “Yes, please! Give me a quote and let’s see about taking care of the issue.”
And it was taken care of, as well.

Very helpful, thorough, and friendly staff from Amy, the service specialist who assisted me the last two times, to the gentleman who drives the shuttle bus! I've been taking my '08 Honda back to the dealership's service center for 15 years and it's always been stress-free and price competitive. There's even a nice warm TV lounge to wait in.

As usual had a nice experience with Jerry, my service person as he went over everything, Ben the courtesy van driver was polite and engaging! The cashier whose name I didn’t get was another story. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but she acted as though I was both invisible and virtually no engaging. Speaking as little as possible and the words “thank you” were NOT in her vocabulary. She is taking peoples hard earned money.
She also is the last person a lot of people engage with and not a very good one.
You can do better and so can she.

The staff at Elk Grove Honda did a great job diagnosing an issue I having with a very old car my 1992 Honda Accord EX 5-Speed Manual. They found the issue, helped to provide various options on how to resolve it. I’m very pleased with the service I was provided with and I will definitely be returning if I have any more issues I can’t handle myself in the future. Thanks for keeping my baby running!

First time visiting Honda of Elk Grove. I brought my CRV in for brake issues. The service rep (Sang) provided timely updates and options to resolve my issue. He was super nice and had such an engaging positive attitude during my communications with him. We are satisfied with our service and will be a returning customer.

Great experience getting recall work completed. Quick check-in, work completed within an hour and I was on my way home. Friendly staff, answered all my questions and even explained the pros and cons of waiting versus using their shuttle home. I would recommend them!

2 great things about our experience: Sinclair was excellent in responding to my initial inquiry and back and forth email responses. Oscar. Was outstanding thru the entire process. He came across as being honest and genuine. He is the most patient and diligent sales person we have ever worked with.

I went in for express service. Someone came to my car shortly after I arrived to confirm why I was there. A tech checked my tires while I waited to be checked in. I was told it could be up to an hour and 45 minutes and I think it was just about an hour. They checked in on a back ordered part I’ve been waiting on and I was given the option of taking care of it today or making an appointment. This was a smooth and efficient visit. Thanks!

When I went in I was immediately greeted by Sam Hickmann. This man is the best salesman I've ever seen in my entire life. He went above and beyond what was expected to make sure my experience was phenomenal. I not only will buy all my cars from this man for the rest of my life but recommend others to as well. He was professional, funny, and straightforward. It was almost like he was my best friend from my childhood. I also talked with Mark in financing and he explained everything so clearly that I feel like I now know how the car industry works financing-wise. Excellent place I highly recommend.
