Bel Air is always a fun place to shop! Lots of good food and other things (like scented candles!) and the staff are always super nice. Great place!

Abundant variety of Super Bowl offerings. The macaroni salad is always a crowd favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Even on Thanksgiving morning, the store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and willing to help with all your needs

I ordered my grandson sip and see cake from here. It was marble with fresh strawberry with vanilla buttercteam frosting. The cake came perfect also the picture of my grandson was clear. Will recommend.

I have been going to Bel Air for over 15 years. They just recently remodeled and it looks fantastic, it has bringing the store to a better experience. I had Katie helping me buying Orchids the other day and she offered me a great customer service. I am glad that they are around.

The store's new look is attractive and I like all the self checkout spots. I don't go there a lot but it's a fine grocery store.

Amazing Customer Service!!! I ordered a cake over the phone on 11/17/22 and Hauna helped me with my order she went above and beyond confirming my order and gave me detailed options. this was a very special cake for me and knowing she took the time to help me with my order and seeing it when I picked it up on 11/19/22 I was speechless it was beautiful!! Thank you so much to Hauna, the bakery and to Bel air on Arden Way!!!!

I have shopped at Bel Air for decades. Good quality produce. Prices sometimes competitive, sometimes not.

Bel Air on Arden & Eastern is my favorite grocery store to shop at! The excellent experiences I've had at this store have to do with the interactions I've had with the employees, and for the wide variety of items available at this location (which are always stocked full).

No matter which department I'm in, there is always someone available to happily help when I have questions. I also love that this store is willing to go the extra mile for its customers. The food in the deli is always fresh, the produce department is very well-maintained, and the lines move quickly due to the employees working their hardest as a team. I have also noticed that the store director will even be seen checking groceries and interacting with customers, which I appreciate and do not see very often at other grocery stores!

The E-Cart service is also great! The E-Cart shoppers are super efficient and always have your order ready on time. If you're interested definitely give it a try!

I've been shopping here for 30 years and always liked this store, but now I love it! Today one of my bags didn't get in the cart with me, and I didn't discover it until I got home. I was hot and tired, and just didn't want to go back to the store. Lori from the office delivered it to me!!! Thank you so much Lori. Bel Air, you are lucky to have an employee like Lori.

Very nice and always going out of their way to help or meet the needs of their customer. One particular incident I was short a quarter and the cashier pulled out her bill fold and said don't worry about a thing honey. I did give her a compliment in her tattoos and eyes before all this but still. Amazing staff

Beautiful renovation with a nice new gift center, and new outdoor seating area for eating with a beer or wine (both!) to accompany.
Some of the best produce of all local grocery stores. Friendly and efficient employees, some of whom have been with Bel Air /Raley's for decades.

Looks like they have a larger selection but everything has moved so I have to figure out where everything is. Really like the new sections they have

Awesome and helpful Butchers are on duty with the finest cuts of meat. Best Produce section with the freshest fruits and vegetables to choose from. The Deli will make you a delicious sandwich or help you by cutting your favorite lunch meats and cheeses to whatever thickness you prefer. The Bakery always has a fine selection of cakes, pies and pastries if your craving the sweets. There is even coffee (and I believe teas) if you need a little perking up ;)

Probably my favorite grocery store in the area. The recent remodel really modernized and beautified the place.

Such a great neighborhood market! May not be the biggest, newest or fanciest store in the chain but what they lack in that capacity they more than make up for by their friendly and professional service.
They have employees that have been in that one store for over 30 years.
While I’ve never had a bad experience at the store their are those employees that go out of their way to help....and over time develop a real relationship.

Since they remodeled the store, it turned out to have quite a few sharp corners. People were getting in other people's way... But they have a Welld Fargo ATM, plus a "Post Office..." Stamps are now @ $.63 each for 1st class mail!!

Bel Air is always my go to store. Produce is great, the cashiers are a great and friend group. Even the baggers who help me our to the car with my groceries are kind and considerate. They have my business. The Reward program is great too!

The Bel Air staff are always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The store is kept clean, the parking lot is well maintained and the shelves are almost always stocked. Everyone is helpful - the employees know the store layout.
