We really appreciated the help we got from Rustin at the Elk Grove location. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was patient, answered all our questions, and didn’t make us feel rushed even though he was busy. Just wanted to give Rustin recognition for his excellent service.

So I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher at a competitor (initials H. D.) and it was supposed to be delivered 12/6. The day before (12/5), they notified us saying they won't be delivering until 12/22. I go to Lowes, purchase the SAME dishwasher for the SAME PRICE and, after they made sure it was in stock, scheduled delivery for 12/9. I canceled my order with 'H.D.' and, as promised, it showed up on 12/9. I installed it (handy that way), and it is working great. Today is 12/17...if I had stuck with 'H.D.' I would still be without a dishwasher...until the 22nd, unless 'H.D.' canceled and rescheduled again. Thank you, Lowes!

Wanted to give J a great review but already lost my receipt. Anyway I hope this is ok. J, the gentleman from gardening department helped me and my wife with a lot of helpful information regarding my yard and how to make it better. His knowledge of landscaping really was great. If you go to Lowes for landscaping, then J is the guy!

Great place to get your tools. Take care of all your home projects and DYIs. Home improvements. All of your appliances. Exterior projects. They will deliver if needed. Thanks

I love Lowes! I am grateful they they honor military parking and military discounts. They always a wide variety of selections to everything. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The AGM "Amanda" went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience at this location , she is truly a valuable employee and is committed to customer satisfaction. It's employees like her which make Lowe's my preferred location for home improvement.

She resolved my issue quickly, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process . Lowe's is lucky to have an employee like her!

They have a different selection than HD, and the quality is a bit better. You will pay a little more for several items.

My visit to this location is always very good the staff is always helpful and when talking with them if you've worked there it's like meeting up with great friends. The store always looks great and the way it operates is perfect, the only thing that gets me a little perturbed is the self checkout where it's a plus to do everything yourself but there always seems to be an awkward feeling like they want to assist you..

Overall love the store keep up the great job Thankful for all those that make it a great experience!

I went to Lowes today with intentions to look at refrigerators. They had such a great variety and prices to match that I purchased one. The clerks were knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Elk Grove Store.

Always clean easy to find what you are looking for and workers are quick to help you find anything you need. You can always pick up a 10% coupon at the post office. Much more organised than home Depot

Whoa!! Didn't expect to be greeted with coffee, pastries and hot cocoa at 6 am on black Friday!! Awesome customer service

Jacky has excellent customer service. He went above and beyond for me. He didn’t hesitate to help me. Even went and pulled a big item for me. Was polite to me and my family.

I visited the store May 29th. I was going to load 20 bags of mulch myself until Kamlesh offered to help. Kamlesh and Israel loaded my vehicle. Both have excellent customer service skills, positive, friendly attitude and very knowledgeable of the store policies. Later in the day I returned for more mulch. Andrew in the garden center, tall asian male, was very rude, from the tone and eye roll. So much attitude for no reason.

After buying our new home, my wife and I have been here many many times recently. They have everything we could want or need for our renovation projects, and the prices are excellent. They have a military discount which is always a plus. The staff is knowledgeable and fantastic and we plan on coming to shop here many more times in the future.
