Walgreens, this is a 10 star review of The stellar service I received from one of your associates…Koua M. I have made two trips to your Arden Way store to submit historic photos to be converted to a DVD. Evidently, this is not a common request. However, Koua Is the guy who knows it! During my first trip, the employee who graciously offered to help me, did not know the process. However, he knew the right person who did. It was Koua. He efficiently and in a timely way, processed that order. And with a lovely smile. Today, I came in with six orders for the same process. I asked for him and he came out quickly. The way he efficiently handled my lengthy order is a testimony to Walgreen’s ability to hire and retain professionals like him. I hope Koua M. is recognized for his outstanding customer service.

There are Walgreens everywhere in Sacramento, but this is BY FAR the best one.

For one thing, they have shopping carts, and you can actually take them outside! This is so helpful for me because I'm always there buying Coca Cola on their buy-3 deals and I'm getting old, it's hard for me to get that in my car (I even fell on my butt at a different Walgreens! Lol).

Another amazing thing that they have is the caramels near the checkout. They're my favorite, previously only seen at Emigh's. They are absolutely irresistible to me.

As for the usual stuff! It's a large store and they have a lot of stuff. The employees aren't exactly bursting with enthusiasm, but they get the job done.

I was there printing pictures for a wedding and Julian a store associate helped me out, he was amazing! He helped me get exactly what I needed, helped me put everything all together and gave me ideas on how to make things look better. It all came together beautifully, just as I wanted. I appreciate your help, Thank you soo much!!!

The woman in the photo department was very nice and attentive. I was in and out within 10 mins for a passport photo.

I been coming here for my pictures and the first time I came in to pick up they weren’t even printed out and had to be done on the spot, that’s why they get 4stars but I gave them another try! I had a professional shoot done so I wanted to print them poster size which I did 16x20 and they came out amazing!!! My order was right on time(within an hour) of placing order through my phone. I was so thrilled that I had to order some more poster sized pictures! thank you so much for awesome work:)

The people in the main store at this location are great and more like friends than checkers. They'll help you and give you deals and coupons at checkout that you didn't even know existed. The missing star however is because the pharmacy seems to consistently have issues.
