Great spot for a wide variety of organic and non gluten products. Customer service was awesome.

This Arden area Whole Foods Market has a fabulous meat and seafood department, likely the best in all of Sacramento. The selections are unrivaled by any other grocer. Most meat and seafood counters have a very common standard of salmon, tilapia, cod, and sometimes snapper or halibut; and it doesn't look very fresh. In addition to the common standards, served brighter and fresher, this store generally offers fresh Chilean Sea Bass, swordfish, ahi ahi, Mahi, king crab and snow crab, oysters that don't stink to high heaven, and so on.

You can actually buy a 2" thick steak and, on occasion, a tomahawk steak ready for the grill! I truly don't know of anywhere else in SacTown you can make that purchase.

They also offer a great ready to eat area with pizza by the slice, sandwiches made to order, prepared dinners, etc. The bakery here is top notch, offering a much higher level of treats and such than other grocery store bakeries offer. There's no comparison.

For the health minded souls, the organic options, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and other special dietary selections are endless.

This is a great Whole Foods. Great bakery and deli and cheese selection. Very good produce. Nice meats and fish. Flower section is great. Needless to say, it's pricey. but Amazon members do get pretty decent discounts on select items. It's all around very good. Note: Parking can be challenging during peak shopping hours.

This store has a huge variety of gluten free products!!! Also, they have some really good sushi, and deli with delicious food. There’s an AMAZON return center here too.

Really great fish and meat counter. Excellent quality, prices very good for fish, especially if you have Prime account. Produce likewise. If you stayed away 'cuz of high price rep, you need to check it out again. Breakfast buffet also is back, not as diverse as pre-Covid, but still good. Coffee bar very good. Competitive prices on most items throughout the store. Go elsewhere for wines, tho.

Easy location. Parking lot a little busy, but convenient to store with ADA accessible stalls.

Smaller whole foods location, but they have a huge deli, hot food, and produce section. Large whole body section, although the freezer section is small. Parking is plentiful, although folks can get a bit crazy in the parking lot. They also have a dedicated mini-shop for Amazon returns, which is nice because some whole foods just have a counter in the middle of the store.

Did Willy Wonka create this place?

Oooh, my gosh, as soon as you walk in the door, you are hit with all the smells of fresh foods from the kitchen area and bakery, and the food is delicious. The kitchen area alone takes up about 1/5 to 1/4 of the store.

Then there is the rest of the store. Every food variation you can imagine seems to be available, have a food allergy, they have groceries to fit your diet, are you a vegetarian or vegan, they have the food, gluten free items, they have it. Anything your heart can imagine, you just might find it at Whole Foods, but bring your pocket book. It ain't cheap.

My wife and I got food at the kitchen from the self-service area, we got meatloaf, mashed potatoes, a garden salad, a strawberry cake dessert and a couple bubbly drinks and we spent about $70. We did get enough for about 4 people even though it was just the 2 of us, but it was like going to a restaurant without the tip, but mmm mmm it was yummy like a home cooked meal, something grandma would make. 😋

My wife loves it. I come here, for her, with her. Not for me. We are like that movie Lady and the Tramp. It's for ladies for sure.

Very elaborate and upscale food store, offering highest quality foods. A big plus on deals for Amazon Prime members.

This store is nice. Whole Foods is owned by Amazon, so an extremely nice feature is that you can return Amazon items at a kiosk inside.

They have a deli that serves pizza and sandwiches, a cafe, a gelato bar, a salad and hot food bar. In the rear of the store a butcher can cut meat. There is a huge selection of cheeses and wines, their beer selection is nice.

They have floral arrangements next to the produce section.

If you’re looking for non-dairy options for milk, or ice cream, this is the spot.

Nice store. Friendly atmosphere. We stopped and had dinner. Great selection. Even great soup in seafood section.

This store has an asset who goes by the name of Anna she's a credit to your company your grocery store and credit to customer service. She is friendly insightful and very knowledgeable of her job as well as other jobs and she could not have done more to help me than she did she was wonderful and should be commended for her efforts and friendliness especially during this pandemic you should hire 20 more just like her

Always fabulous! Love their cakes, cookies, fresh produce, fresh pasta, salad bar, staff, pre made food products …love everything ..high quality, …doggy treats brands are my dogs favorites…great cosmetics and body and bath products .., just wish it was closer to my house!!

I would shop here every week if I live a little closer. They have so many organic and natural grocery items. It's more expensive than Safeway or other local chain supermarket, but you can find so many organic and niche brands at Whole Food. They have the best produce section. Everything is neat, fresh and nicely organized. The cheese and wine section is top notch. Last but not least, the deli section makes me hungry. The hot and cold buffet smells and looks amazing.

Amazon Prime Members get an additional discount. You can order grocery online and have it delivered (for a fee) or pick up at the store. When I'm in need of something and in a time crunch, it's a great option and offered service.
