In last night and Keith was simply the best salesperson my husband and I have ever worked with. He wasn't pushy, he was funny and he made me want to shop at his store much more frequently!!! We left with many pairs of shoes, some super softy socks and my fantastic new boots. Everyone should go see Keith!!!!

I was walking past the store and stopped to look at running shoes and was greeted with such enthusiasm and knowledge from Keith. Keith was knowledgeable, kind, polite, and informative. Keith takes pride on his work and offered me such great value and service with his expertise. Austin was just as wonderful. I was able to purchase more than I even thought I wanted. Great store and consummate professionals.

My husband, brother and I went tonight and immediately were assisted by Keith and Elijah. They were very informative and helped explain our arches and shoes that would benefit us. We went in to look and walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, and we plan to get another pair when it arrives in store. I felt they both listened to our concerns and explained different solutions to our type of activities and the shoe they would recommend.

First of all, Keith in Rushmore Mall is the best salesman we have ever experienced and should definitely get a raise. We walked in the store just browsing and were greeted by him and he continued to help us find the best shoes and soles to fit our individual needs. Without him, we most likely wouldn’t have purchased anything and instead walked out with 4 cleaners, a pair of shoes, and a lot of information. THANK YOU

Wow! Such nice people!!! My shoes were on back order and when I didn't receive them they told me the style was discontinued! Tho I was a little bummed about not getting the original shoes I wanted, they hooked me up with a different pair I'm sure I will love even more!!! Thank you so much for working with me and making it so easy! I will definitely be purchasing shoes from them again!!!

Stopped in to start my Christmas shopping and, seriously, never met such awesome Employees!...they were so helpful & knowledgeable about all of their different brands of shoes and went out of their way to check in the back for more sizes....I had no idea they carried Brooks running shoes and have an awesome selection!...I want to give a shout out to Keith (Mgr), Aiden..super friendly and outgoing, and Austin...it was just a fun, great shopping experience!!

Shopped with this company since 2000. Love the shoes and all for shopping local but the Rapid City SD store needs better management. My shoes were originally ordered since they did not have my size at the Rapid store and they took over 2 weeks to get. Also I was told if they did not work out I could return them. 1 pair did not and the other I never wore so when I went to exchange the 1 pair and return the unworn pair the manager told me there was nothing he could do to help me. When I explained that the 1 pair did not fit and the other I never even wore and showed him how the tags were still on the boots, he continued with his answer. I had spent almost $400 on 2 pairs of boots and I expected better treatment especially since the other manager had said I could return and/or exchange the boots if there were problems. I had never had problems previously when I shopped at the Aberdeen store and with Justin who is now the district manager. After being accused of wearing out the 1 pair of boots even though I only wore them two times and again never wore the other pair, the manager agreed to refund them. He asked why I didn't like them which he should have done in the beginning, it's just common knowledge and good customer service; I told him they did not fit nor did they stretch as the other manager had told me they would. He had me try on another pair of boots in a wide and larger size; both things I had asked for upon my original purchase and visit but had been told neither existed with both pairs of boots. So instead of making the exchange and refund I was told to receive what I originally wanted it be an additional $150.00 making my purchase be well over $400.00. When I refused to pay it and would only exchange the 1 pair, the manager started to barter prices with me. Finally he ordered my size and gave me a semi refund. The new boots once again needed to be ordered and 1 month later I did not receive them. I tried calling the store and no one answered for 2 days; finally I called the company's home office who also could not get a hold of anyone at the store and they connected me to the district manager who put me in touch with the manager again. Finally the manager called me back and said he had ordered the new boots in October which is impossibly since I had not been in to exchange them until November. The manager blamed FedEx and said a new pair would arrive on my front door by Christmas. Now the day before Christmas my husband has to go get the boots from the store as when I called the store had received the boots and no one called to tell me that my $200.00+ boots were sitting there. So 2 months later, 3 trips to the store and 8+ phone calls I finally received 1 pair of boots vs. my original 2 pairs. I'm all about keeping it local but what happened to good customer? Advice: purchase with caution!

I went in to buy Hey Dudes shoes. There was a young kid working there. I told him what size I needed and was asking him if he had different sixes. He said they were the number 1 shoe in the world and he didn’t have my size. I told him that I had seen some at Scheels and might check there. He said he has the most stock of Hey Dudes and they don’t have very many. I told him I might check online and he said well you will be waiting 3 months. He was so rude to me I decided to leave. I will never shop there again! I also went to Scheels the next day and found 2 pair in my size. They have triple the inventory he had. You need to make him watch customer service videos for a day. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.

Thank you for wasting my time and bringing out shoes I didn’t ask for. You could’ve just said we didn’t have that size and I’m shocked I had to ask for service in there. Employees are more worried about their work than a customer wanting two pairs of $170 shoes but like I said I will take my business somewhere else
