We ate lunch here, Greek salad and Pauly's deluxe pizza. Both were great. Our first time here, we will stop to enjoy more. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and good.

Stopped here on vacation. Friendly service. Awesome cheese pizza. My husband and I shared the Greek salad, and it was huge and delicious. The cheese bread was great! Lots of options. If you are in Rapid City and you like pizza, check this place out!

It’s cooked in a conveyor belt style oven, has minimal flop, which is a plus. The crust, crispy but not too thin, holds up well even with that style of cooking. The cheese is gooey, and the sauce has a tangy kick. All in all, a solid slice scoring an 8.2

The pizza are freaking amazing! I think this is the BEST pizza in 6 states! The crust and everything is prepared IN HOUSE/HOMEMADE!

If an employee comes in to eat here on her day off - what does that tell you!?!? She just knows regardless of her not working, it’s fabulous!
The bathrooms are clean and labeled “family restroom.” This makes me happy, no stereotypes!

I have to give the biggest shout out to Pauly's Pizzeria & Sub Co.! Brian, the owner, took a huge part of his day to personally call me regarding a question I had emailed. He not only address my question, but researched and tested the pizza machine he built to make sure it was running correctly. He sent me pictures of his test pizzas and called me again to go over ingredients of the things I order. Sadly, some of the ingredients on my pizza are corn related (my allergy) and it's been making me sick.

Brian AGAIN went out of his way to research his other products to make sure I still had something I could order without getting ill. I am beyond impressed with that level of customer service and highly encourage everyone to support this local business.

The pizza is amazing, best in Rapid. There is a reason this place always seems busy. Had a couple lapses in service, but the owner was very professional and took the time to contact me and make things right. I didn't ask him too, so that tells me he cares. Paulys is a go too at least once a week for a coworker and I, and it's always the most anticipated.

Best Customer service in town. Jeff is exceptional. Pizza cooked exactly as we wanted. They even checked with us. Staff is on point. It’s our first time here and based on customer service alone we found our next favorite spot.

Absolutely wonderful sandwiches, soup, and pizza! I have never had a bad meal here! The restaurant is always very clean and the customer service is top notch! Didn't catch her name but the lady who took our order was so kind, welcoming and really knows what good customer service is-she had glasses and really short black hair. Will definitely always come to Pauly's when we have a chance!

Excellent pizza. Made to order with your choice of crust thickness. I ordered thin and theirs was! Pepperoni pizza was covered with topping and a nice layer of cheese. TVs for football, and a nice patio for outdoor dining. Limited beer choice, no drafts. No wine. Highly recommend!

Best lunch spot I've experienced in town! I make sure to go at least once a week! Not one item have I ordered and been disappointed!!!!

Forgot how delicious this place was. The food was fresh and hot. Service was top notch. The employee helped me carry the food to the table (because we ordered a lot, and I appreciate that). As for the other employees, they were constantly working; bussing tables, sweeping, cooking, stocking items, ect. Very good place to go and eat. Awesome. Will try to come back more.

Pizza was delicious! Outside patio area where they allowed us to hang out with our dog. We got the Pauly's trio pizza, definitely worth it.

Food is delicious! They have a decent menu! Staff is super friendly and all have a great sense of humor! They have a wide variety of beer! Really a cool place to go and delicious food!

On vacation read the reviews and thought we would try Pauly's. We were not disappointed. My wife and I both had an 8 inch pizza and shared a salad. All was delicious. The 4.7 rating is well deserved.

This pizza was SO GOOD!!! I’m from Texas and I have never eaten pizza this tasty, every single slice was perfection. The guy in the register was super nice, I didn’t get his name but he had glasses and was so kind to us the entire time. Hopefully I can visit sometime again in the future! Try anything and everything, you’ll love it!

Great pizza. Fast service even with pizza made to order. Salads look good too! I ordered rice crispy bars to try also.

Wow. Went based on its rating and thought it necessary to provide a review myself. Our whole party agreed this is some of the best pizza we've ever had. Very delicious. The only reason I dropped a star on service is because they have soup on the menu, but were completely out of all of them. Other than that, there were no problems. Great place to eat.

Stopped on a cross-country road trip. Food came quickly and was excellent.

Prices were very reasonable, much lower than I expected. Six of us ate for $65, and we left with 2 pizzas worth of left-overs.

My kids were searching for them online immediately after eating, hoping there was a location in our own state.. unfortunately it's a single location. Well, well done Pauly!

Ordered online as we were driving out of the Black Hills and was ready when we arrived 30 min later.
Kids loved the cheese pizza and garlic knots. Ordered subs for tomorrow’s lunch.
