Incredible, uplifting, healing massage for the mind, body, and spirit! The Sunshine signature massage was the best massage I have ever experienced. Sunshine herself is a massage inventor, and she combines so many different techniques and methods into each session. If you are visiting Vail, this massage is a must-try experience.

I took my mom for a “girl weekend” in lieu of a tangible Christmas gift (she doesn’t need another mug!) and this experience was life changing for both of us! We didn’t know what to expect and talking about it afterwards, it was clear that our massages were tailored for us specifically! Not a generic massage envy routine. Definitely go here, it’s worth the money!

This massage was transformational. It was the BEST massage of my life. I feel healed on many levels. I am looking forward to my next session. Sunshine’s authentic, techniques healed the aches in my body in one session. The energy in her space is powerful. I am grateful to have found her.

Lydia was excellent. My friend hurt her back skiing. She was much improved after a 1 hr deep tissue massage from Lydia. Highly recommended. Very clean and professional.

Amy was amazing. First, she sat with me and listened to what I needed. Then the massage was like nothing I've ever experienced. Using her full body (including strong hands and feet), she worked my full body, really working on all the places that increase my mobility and flexibility, which is exactly what I wanted. I felt great afterwords.

You would be making a huge mistake if you came to Vail and didn't have an appointment with sunshine!! I have had many many massages in my life and nothing compares. What an incredible, innovative and effective technique Sunshine has developed. I will be back as often as I can!

I had two different types of massages on my stay in Vail. The deep tissue and Thai massage/sports stretching. Both were amazing! I’ve only ever done 1 hour massages but I did 2 hours for both! I could’ve done longer it was great and not a moment was wasted! Sunshine and Rollie were both amazing! Highly recommend adding a massage from here onto your trip itinerary!

Great location in Vail for a Thai massage. They offer a floor massage situation with a comfortable head cradle. It's more arms and feet on you than a traditional massage. Clothes were kept on lower half. She used different bells and gongs throughout theassage. It was really relaxing. If you're looking for a traditional table/oil massage, this is not the place.

Was a first time visitor with my partner and we had a wonderful hour-long couple’s massage with Bree and Rollie. The entire experience was warm and relaxing from the time we arrived. They use techniques that are very different from a “standard” table massage, but that is by no means a bad thing. The massage artists, as they are rightfully known, were highly skilled and provided soft and soothing communication throughout. I have honestly never felt as relaxed and refreshed after a massage as I did when I left Sunshine Massage Studio.

What an amazing experience. If you’re in Vail and looking for the most memorable massage of your life - sunshine massage studio is your place. The space is inviting and fun. We visited for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed a couples massage session. Superb experience- highly recommend. The therapists are skilled and talented and really make the entire session one you’ll never forget!!

What a fantastic experience at the Sunshine Massage Studio! I have several massages a year, so clearly not an expert. I do enjoy a good massage, and now I achieved the best. Brigitte was so calming and professional, I was able to relax the entire 2 hours, not an easy feat for me. Her reinforcement that this was my day enabled me to enjoy this holistic massage. After reading reviews and watching the video, I decided to try something different and am grateful to have gone "outside the box." I highly recommend anyone looking for the best massage should book now. I can't wait to return to Vail. Thank you to the entire Sunshine Massage Team

My massage with Bree was hands down the best I’ve ever had! She was able to get rid of pain and tension like I meet new was possible. She was super skilled and professional. Do yourself a favorite and go for the deep tissue apres skiing! ;)
