Great location, excellent front desk, incredible amenities! We stayed here last minute and wish we could stay longer!! Front desk guys were super helpful, accommodating and went the extra mile. Rooms were comfy, clean and had everything. Could not believe the hot tubs and work out areas, spa. Worry-free parking. Did I mention how friendly the front desk was?!?! Thanks for a relaxing, fun-filled stay in Vail…with kids & dog is not always the easiest :) thank you!

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Vail village. Aside from the tall California ceilings, clean rooms and trendy interior, the staff was what made the stay excellent. Trent at the front desk, made sure we truly enjoyed our night while being stuck due to a blizzard. Additionally, kudos to the chef. Every bite I took in the Slope Room made me want to replace my stomach so I could eat more. The ski rentals concierge to the cafe team; this place deserves 5 stars all around. I signed up on the spot to join the membership as I can't wait to be back.

Gravity Haus is a great spot for smoothies and a swanky environment. Warm fireplace and one of the only places open by 9/9:30AM in Vail Village. Most places open at 11 besides coffee shops. Great vibe!

Amazing service!! Made a celebratory weekend incredibly memorable. Perfect location for skiing. Restaurant is also fab. Can’t wait to come back!

Just spent 3 wonderful nights at the hotel. Rooms & beds were so comfortable! Hotel is a very short walking distance from the ski village w numerous shops & restaurants. The staff’s attitude & helpfulness was so refreshing. Our dinner at the Slope Room in the hotel was a really pleasant surprise, as we had also eaten in the village the previous 2 nights. The Slope Room exceeded our expectations in every way. The chef was so kind to visit w us and the food & service was great ! Also, a quick shout out to the breakfast burrito & avocado toast, be hungry !

Love coming here (repeat guest). The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Good vibes!

Gravity Haus Vail has it all - location, great food, excellent service, recently updated rooms, and incredible fitness center and spa. Plus, their multi-bedroom options are amazing for families. To top it all, the service was excellent. Could not more highly recommend this place!

Gravity Haus consistently delivers an exceptional experience, from check-in to room-quality to spa amenities and gym. Can't say enough good things.

While researching accommodations in Steamboat Springs, Ptarmigan Inn (now Gravity Haus) came up several times, but the 3.8 star rating (at time of writing) concerned me. My companion and I went ahead and booked and were surprised how inaccurate that rating was! We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended for an additional night.

They are in the midst of a renovation, per the front desk, but you cannot tell at all as there is no construction on site. The rooms all have colorful, quirky-modern decor and the beds are quite comfortable. There is complimentary hot cocoa, coffee and microwave in the lobby area (along with a fireplace!) as well as continental breakfast - cereals, granola, fresh fruit (one of the attendants kindly sliced up apples for us in the morning!), boiled eggs and a great selection of teas.

The "loft" room was very cool! Seems great for families, and the hotel is also pet-friendly!

The convenience was exceptional as we were there to ski. Literally five minutes door-to-door from the hotel to the gondola and they will check your gear as well to save you precious space in the room. 10 minutes into town proper, which is not bad at all. There are, however still quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We are recommending this business to any friends that hope to ski/snowboard at Steamboat Springs. Excited to maybe come back and see how the amenities change with the new partnership/membership program.

Lastly, we experienced wonderful service from the folks at the front desk: Alvin and Leona. They were very kind, positive and friendly any time you passed or had a question. (Best of luck trying out snowboarding!) Rosa and Alison were also very helpful, available and appreciated!

I have only been to the coffee place, and it's the BEST in Vail. Hotel lobby looks beautiful, too. Plus it's nice that it's in the village but also right next to Ford park!

Phenomenal experience at Gravity Haus, Vail. The staff was so friendly and texted me days prior to my arrival to ensure that everything would be set for me when arriving. The hotel was in a perfect location to Vail Village and my room was perfect and my bed so comfortable. Loved having a coffee shop and fitness facility on property to use at my convenience. Can't wait to go back.

The staff and experience at Gravity Haus was unmatched for our business trip to Vail. We will be returning!

Such a cozy place with great staff and a spacious room. We got room 16 that had two King beds and two bunk beds so everyone could spread out. Very close to Golden Peak, just a 2-3 minute walk. The bus stop is right there and also a quick walk into the Village over the covered bridge.

Begin RAVE: Customer service is alive & well and his name is Nathan! I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years so I naturally have very high standards that have been met and exceeded. We were so impressed that we wanted to stay an additional night. He gave an incredible first impression over the phone, as friendly and welcoming then met us at the door before we even entered the building and took our luggage inside and walked us to our room. Nathan went above and beyond to take the best care of our little family during our stay. Stellar job of anticipating all of our family member’s needs. Only wish he was working the day we checked out! 100% Pet and family friendly!! The robes are absolutely luxurious. It’s the first time I’ve actually had a soft robe & towels at a hotel and I wanted to take the robe home but it was a little on the pricey side ($130) and we had a challenge figuring out the cost before we left with the staff working that day. I love that you can buy things online after your stay, but the site doesn’t seem to sell those robes with the side pockets anymore. I was able to take the steel coffee mug from our room as a souvenir ($20 but worth the price to me with the cool logo & durability and it seemed newer than the other one provided). The room layout was perfect for us. Enjoyed the large soak tub - the body wash worked very well for bubble bath and the toiletries smelled amazing - which can also can be purchased online! I like that they are more environmentally conscious too. I literally wanted to take everything home with us. This place is incredible. Can’t wait to come back when the spa is finished renovating!

I loved my stay at Gravity Haus in Vail! They were so accommodating, friendly, and the restaurant was so delicious. Their drinks are fun and the atmosphere was just perfect. We had a great view from our room and a very restful stay. I will definitely be back!

Great rooms with AC for the summer time. All the service through out the hotel was amazing. The beds were very comfy and the rooms aren't super small. The bathrooms were huge and showers were solid. The athletic club is a nice touch with hot tubs outside on the patio. The free breakfast buffet was tasty as well!

We absolutely loved this place! First of all, Gregory was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed. We were greeted every time we entered and left the building, and we wanted to give him the extra praise he deserved. Also, HEATED FLOORS?? Going back to my cold bathroom tile was sad after this trip. The soaking tub was straight up heavenly, and the shower was nice too! Both bathroom amenities were a little small to accommodate 2 people, but if you're going for a romantic getaway, it's nice to get cozy! The bed was soft, and the fireplace had a handy timer too. The complementary breakfast at the bistro was basic but hit the spot, and all in all we felt our money was very well spent~

Just wrapped up our stay at Gravity Haus, Vail. We had a 150 person wedding over the weekend and honestly couldn't have asked for better service. The GH team were hustling the entire weekend to help all of us out. The service was top notch and at times over and beyond. Even though we could tell that we were stretching their team thin... Detail, timeliness, and attitudes were consistently amazing. Thank you Gravity Haus for an phenomenal stay, service, and fun!
