Stephanie and team have been awesome to work with. Stephanie took the time during my evaluation to get the history of my problem and then listen as I conveyed my hoped outcome and long term goal. She was also upfront with me in helping me set realistic goals based on my condition. Everyone has been nothing but super friendly when I walk in, smiling all of the time. The staff work together as a family and that is felt in the atmosphere.

Anna is simply wonderful. She listens. She cares. She helps! Her specialized exercise routines gave me incredible amounts of strength almost immediately! The encouraging smiles, and helpful demeanor of the staff is delightful. Love this place!!

Could not recommend this place enough! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The office is very kid friendly, for the majority of my visits I had to tote my 1 y/o son along with me, but the staff were so accommodating and friendly they made us both feel extremely welcomed. I had to drive over an hour 2x a week just to get treatment but it was well worth it. Anna Tucker’s care is not something you can just get anywhere! For my fellow mamas, if you’re in need of pelvic floor therapy, she is the woman you want to see. I cannot thank this team enough for putting my body back together :)

Border Therapy on Rinconada has the best service I have ever had. All the therapists are willing to work above and beyond to help their clients get better. Kenneth and Marcus were so helpful with both of my injuries this year.

The entire staff at Border Therapy Services are nothing short of Professional. Right from the beginning I felt this was the perfect place to receive proper treatment. I had the total opposite experience from a different therapy service in Las Cruces last year that was a complete failure. I highly recommend Border Therapy Service in Las Cruces at the Rinconada location for anyone needing therapy service. I truly feel the positive improvement of my health and well being. The environment & atmosphere is always clean, friendly and a pleasure to go to my sessions. I give a HUGE thank you to the entire staff.

I have had a good experience at Border Therapy , they have helped me a great deal in just a few visits . I had surgery on my right knee and am confident Border Therapy Technicians will get it rehabilitated . I have found them very professional. and knowledgeable .

If I could give Border Therapy Services on Rinconada 10 stars, I absolutely would! After my hip replacement surgery, the team of experts at BTS took the best care of me and as a result, my recovery, although difficult, was an amazing life changing experience. Anna and Kenny are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate individuals and they are experts in the art of healing. The environment at BTS Rinconada is welcoming and every person who works at this facility always greets each client with a genuine smile and a warm hello. I was always so impressed by the camaraderie amongst the staff and the manner in which they communicated with each other and their clients. I always felt "gently" challenged by Anna and Kenny, and I appreciate the opportunities provided for continuous growth throughout my healing process. I also had the privilege to work with a few other staff members: Joaquin, Bella and Brendan. They were absolutely awesome too! I highly recommend BTS Rinconada. Not only is it a place to recover from an injury or surgery, but it is an environment where each person is valued to the fullest extent. I am so extremely appreciative of my experience! I am very pleased with Border Therapy, everyone was very nice & helpful since the first day I walked into the facility. I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain and they really helped me ease the pain with the proper exercises, I hardly have pain anymore.
