Café Zydeco

Great experience here for my first visit. The service and atmosphere is nice. The food was delicious. Really loved the catfish po boy. I will have to come back and try something else soon !

Very suprised at how good this place was! The portion for the gumbo was huge and it did not disappoint. The service was good, wished they had some beers on tap to go with the food. Awesome atmosphere and decor

Don't go anywhere else, this is THE place for your Cajun food fix. I recommend going big your first time and ordering the large size of any of their entrées. Surprisingly big healthy portions. Tasty food, laid back atmosphere, can't go wrong! :)

Hardy delicious food. Family says always stop here after the ride from the airport. Had Red Beans and Rice, Fried Catfish Cajun Taco (think giant wrap), and then I had the 🌱 Veggie Pita Wrap. All were huge and delicious.
We also each got an order of fries, which is large, and can definitely be shared if you want to finish your main meal.

Who would have thought here in the snowy Montana, there is this authentic southern food cafe. We ordered a lobster roll, a seafood gumbo and a crawfish etouffee, every single one is 5 out of 5. Since We arrived 4pm in a Friday afternoon, there are only two other tables here, I can see how packed this place can be when it's dinner time since the food is too good for its price. Highly recommended.

The po boy. I am not big on bread so I didn’t follow her up on it. I had the jambalaya. It had a really nice spice to it. It comes with piece of baguette. You don’t taste the spice right away, it’s more of a slow burn. I would come back here again.

A hidden gem, especially if you like a real change of pace from the Bozeman food scene. Zydeco has it all. It can be cozy or light and summery; whatever the season or mood. The food is fantastic, menu options exciting and service meets the rest to make Cafe Zydeco a complete package.

This place is by far and away the BEST Cajun food I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is fun and funky and the food is to die for. We haven't had anything on the menu we didn't like. There's something for everyone, even my picky kids LOVE Cafe Zydeco! Spicy food isn't my favorite - but their "swamp sauce" is the perfect blend of spices. This is it guys, don't miss it. It's INCREDIBLE!

The food was amazing! I’ve been to New Orleans many times and this food captures the essence of creole cooking. Kathy helped me out at the register and was incredibly nice and helpful. Every time I come here is a fantastic experience!

Delicious and flavorful! We tried three different types of po boys (fried chicken, bbq pulled pork, and fried catfish) and they were all so good.

When in Bozeman and you have a taste for New Orleans, this is the place. Today's shrimp gumbo and jambalaya were both delicious. You'd better come hungry.

If you decide to eat here, it means you are on the right path in life.

I've eaten their food on a date, with friends, with my dog on the river, in the grass at the park, and in their parking lot. I even went through airport security and ate a sandwich on a flight.
Anywhere, anytime with anyone these sandwich can be eaten.

Warning: It can be messy with how animalistic you will want to devour the food.

A Bozeman treasure. I love the étouffée. I’d like to try other menu items someday but seems I cannot not order the étouffée. I hear the building and land are for sale. I cannot imagine Bozeman without Cafe Zydeco. Us Cajun food lovers ought to unite and buy this place to insure we can get our fix. Who’s with me!

We sure hope Cafe Zydeco doesn’t get sold. The Cajun food is fantastic. The dining experience is more fast food like - ordering at a register, taking a number, and bussing your own table. It’s all worth it for their food.

The Pasta Zydeco is absolutely amazing! I own a fine dining restaurant and I am absolutely going to steal this for my place. My girlfriend had the fried green tomato BLT which was also delicious. It had a nice combination of smokey and spicy to top off the fried green tomatoes for this fantastic twist on the American classic.

I love how homely this place feels as well as for the price of the food the portions are absolutely amazing! I will always recommend this place to people and every time for every in here I have yet to be disappointed. Please keep up the amazing work

Amazing food. Place does a lot of take out so the dining area was pretty empty. We sat in front of a fire place on a chilly night. Personally I haven’t had much cajun food, but the food was seasoned perfectly. Also all the food is cooked fresh as they were able to remove sausage from my dish.

If we return to the area, we’ll definitely be back!

Up front cashier was very kind and let us take our time asking about the menu. The food was amazing!! We left feeling perfectly full! We got the grilled catfish taco and crawfish po'boy!
