I don't remember going there

At first I was treated very nicely by staff and was helped with my needs. The lady who helped me must have forgot she already assisted me and she said hello to me and I just smiled at her as I was browsing and then she then starts saying, “I don’t even bother helping people like that, I just ignore them” to her coworker, as if I was ignoring her or something. I got what I needed but I won’t be giving them business ever again. So rude and unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars.

If there was a 0 I’d rate them that instead of 1 star! Let me tell these are some rude people that certainly doesn’t no what customer service is all about! Not one greeting just a straight eye contact! Hubby actually had to say hi to them! We definitely will be taking our shopping elsewhere! Hubby ask to look at a toy they had behind the counter for a birthday gift and the guy said “this is $150!” Umm we didn’t ask the price we actually were going to purchase all 3 of them but for him to just tell us the price in a unacceptable and his tone of voice… yea we will pass and buy elsewhere!

Terrible experience. Woman with the tattoos didn’t tell us the store was closed and let us shop til we were going to leave, then told us they were already closed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not shop here

Get with the times, get a chip reader. I was willing to spend money at this place but they couldnt accept my cards due to not having a chip reader
