I had the pleasure of calling State Farm Insurance in Palm Bay since I needed a Homeowner’s Policy. As a New Jersey transplant ( no jokes about my “Garden State “ or my husband’s Jets please 😀 )
I was surprised at the lack of agents providing insurance in Florida.
Miss Sam then showed me why the old saying is true; “when you have the best there’s no need for the rest.”

She delightfully walked me through the different policies with confidence and a knowledge of the nuances between them. Miss Sam politely guided me through my choices helping me to realize that I wasn’t just insuring a house, I was “PROTECTING” my god-son’s first tricycle or my Aunt Marlene’s wooden table and grandma’s shawl and blanket. I was protecting my memories of my family in my home.
